Let me start off by saying that I have never enjoyed the process of purchasing a cell phone. Until recently I had Verizon as a provider and was rarely satisfied with their rates and customer service. After a ton of research, I decided to give T-Mobile a try . After reading many location reviews, I decided to visit this convenient Great Lakes Crossing location while shopping. Overall I was incredibly pleased with the store and staff. I was never pressured into buying unnecessary accessories or felt like I was being "up sold." Rita patiently described all of my options and helped me make a decision on which phone, plan et. was best fit for my needs. I highly recommend this store and staff!!!

As a customer of Sprint, I was beyond frustrated with the poor service quality and confusing billing. However, all my frustrations disappeared when the folks at this T-Mobile store came into my life. Aside from setting me up with an extremely affordable plan, I got the newest iPhone for less per month than I was paying with Sprint! The staff was really knowledgeable and friendly. I could tell that they really strive to understand where their customers are coming from and want to help find them the best phone and plan fit for their lifestyle. Great Lakes Crossing T-Mobile has a customer for life.

I have no problem with the tmobile service. However I seem to get the run around from the staff at great lakes crossing when theres an issue with the phones they sold us. They dont give solutions they only have excuses. I still dont have a working phone after a week and I left 2 messages and no one called me back. I seem to always have problems. I have been patient but now Im tired of waiting for results. I think my contract will be renewing with another company.

I went in the other day and was instantly greeted by Mali. She was the nicest person when it came to getting me and helping me out with everything. She is the best representative to go to my opinion, but I have not had any experiences with the rest of the associates either. This store and Mali are very well organized and I left satisfied with my experience.
