DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS HERE. THEY ARE SHADY, UNETHICAL, UNREGULATED salespeople. If this review gets deleted I will investigate because everything I am posting is factual amd verifiable. The salesperson Ayana totally took advantage of a sale to me giving me a screen protector I said I didnt need it and a jet pack that I didnt need. I was under the assumption that this stuff was given to me as a deal because I was paying $749 for a phone. Not until I was in the Apple store and asked the assistant what a jet pack was, did I understand that a shady deal had taken place. Went home, looked at my bill and discovered that not only was I charged for these items, but the jet pack had a $10/month fee plus an activation fee. I called the store and the manager Randy said he would speak with the salesperson and get back with me. I also called corporate Verizon to oversee this complaint because I did not trust this store. The Verizon rep agreed that these items were not needed nor requested. The store manager didnt return my call so I called him back and he said the salesperson was just getting there and he would call me right after. Never happened. Now the next morning, day 3, I went back to store and Randy (manager) said the salesperson would be in later today and he would speak with her. He completely forgot he told me that the night before. I reminded him of this and then he said "Yeah, we just briefly spoke yesterday". Thats lie #1. Then again, said he would call me back. I called Verizon corporate again and Rhonda put me on hold to call store. Now, Randy told her that he was present the day of the sale and overheard the salesperson explain the jet pack to me. Lie # 2. The Verizon rep said she did not believe him and would be filing an internal complaint about him. She also gave me the phone number to his corporate office of Go wireless. Verizon is totally willing to pay any restocking fee that Go wireless will charge, its just getting that office to accept the items back. Called corporate Go Wireless and they are working on it?

This store has completely turned me against Verizon as a company. They ripped me off of around $50 at least and a staff member who was helping me upgrade my phone named Rodet (could have also been nicknamed Randy or Robbie) sold me a low quality phone even though I could have gotten a much better phone for free. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They will pressure you into goods you do not need and slip in tons of add ons that you do not need or ask for. A simple phone upgrade took 2 hours and I had to cancel plans I had later in the day because it took so unnecessarily long. My mom tried to call them and complain about how I was taken advantage of and at first they were helpful about returning some of the things I was tricked into buying, but when she tried to ask about one of the mysterious charges I got, all of a sudden the person she was talking to (Anthony) was too busy to talk to her. I will NEVER return to this location again. I am a college student so I do not have tons of money to throw around on useless add ons that I did not need so some greedy salesperson can get a commission. The entire establishment disgusts me and Rodet should be ashamed of himself.

We had a terrible experience in Feb 2017 with this store. My husband and I went in to upgrade my cell phone to an iPhone 7. The person we worked with, whose nickname was Chaz, was unable to complete the setup on my new phone. He suggested I go home and complete it myself. The store still charged us a $30 setup fee. When my husband asked why we owe that fee, Chaz said he did not control the fees. After I got home, I setup my phone, performed an iOS update to the latest version, wiped the backup, then pulled my backup from the iCloud. Finally, I just noticed on my latest VZW bill that the Total Protection Plan was added to my phone. We never gave permission for this plan, nor do we want it. It is $11/month. I will be contacting VZW to get this removed ASAP. We will not be going back to this store.

They are horribly inefficient in this store. It seems to be their goal to waste as much time as possible. I went in there with my boyfriend to upgrade his phone, and it took us 2 hours. The first 15 minutes consisted of us waiting by the counter while two employees sat around not seeming to do anything. When we finally did get help, the majority of the time consisted of them trying to badger us into buying an iPad or upgrade our service, even after wed repeatedly made it clear that we didnt want to. The employees do not want to take "no" for an answer, which is obnoxious, especially if you have other things to do with your day.

It was the first time I went to this store to do a bill pay and the staff were so nice and kind,the manager there named Randy helped me and he told me let me pull up your account and analyze your account and he ended up saving me so much money on my bill and I have been going to factory all these years and I always ask the staff at that factory store to analyze my account and they always told me that I have the best plan.im never going to factory store for anything .this store is the best Ive seen the best staff ,the best manager ,and the best services.

This is by far the best Verizon store I have been to ,all the staff are super nice .the manger Randy went out of his way to make sure I was fully satisfied and I couldnt be more happy to come to this store.I will never ever step foot into a Verizon factory store,they are terrible at a factory store ,I went to the twelve oaks Verizon store to get a iPhone upgrade and they were just so rude and disgusting staff .I really recommend everybody to come to this store and do business with these people.great people, great service, great products.

Great service from randy,I got there at 7:59 pm and I felt so bad to make him stay after .but he was so happy to help me and I was so glad for him recommending me a jet pack for my traveling purposes and a new phone with a ton of accessories for a unbelievably cheap price.thank you Randy for taking excellent care of me. I definitely recommend everybody to shop at this location, really good people here.

the manager randy was polite and generous, I appreciate the service he gave to me and my family. I will be back and recommend this store to my other family and friends. Every where I go I get charged so much and not satisfied with the service. Today randy saved me $60 in my monthly bill, I got new tablet, new phone and bunch of accessories. I cant explain how happy I am, thank you for the service

this is the best verizon store ive been to,definetly recommend this store for all verizon subscribers..they are very patient and caring for their customers at this location..ive to been too many verizon stores but this is the best cusatomer care to go ,come see randy he saved me a ton of money on my monthly bill and also got me new phone at a very cheap price..
