I have had a few pleasant encounters here but one TERRIBLE one. The man assisting us kept talking in circles and we didnt understand out plan and why it cost so much and his explanation didnt help us at all and when we asked for details he repeated the same exact explanation several times in a row and it didnt help us at all. And he seemed preoccupied when we were the only customers in the store. I feel like the employees shouldnt be sitting playing candy crush while there are long term paying customers in front of us. Our bill is $400+ monthly and I feel like that deserves undivided attention.

I dont know what exactly changed since the last time I came in (years ago), but today was PERFECT! David took care of me from start to finish. No nonsense, he knew his stuff, he asked thoughtful questions, and answered mine clearly. His energy was fun and he went above and beyond what was required to get my new phone up and running. He even let me go eat lunch which my backup took place and kept everything in order. Highly recommend David at this location!

Favorite Verizon store in columbus! Sean is always so helpful. I was beyond frustrated with my old Turbo 2 and he convinced me to move into a LG G5. Awesome fun! The deal was great, the wait was short and the phone is everything I need and more. The service here cant be beat and they always do the best they can with prices! Visit this store and ask for Sean!

My fiancé went in on 2-13-17 to have his AT&T number transferred to his Verizon phone. He paid for his prepaid, but Amado applied the payment to a completely different phone number. He has been trying to get this situation rectified through another Verizon store and through the customer service. Its the 15th and still no service!! Very poor customer service!!!

Sean was extremely patient with me. Gave me a rental phone until my I could afford to replace mine. He was very efficient and helpful. Amazingly knowledgeable and professional. Was considering switch to mobile but Sean saved me. Reduced my bill and got me a great deal. Tablet, phone, glass screen protectors and case for only $130! Highly recommended!
