On July 20th, my wife went into the store to exchange her I-phone 6 plus for and I-phone 6 plus S. She also exchanged an old jet pack for a newer model. The employees began transferring her data from the old phone to the new phone. This was taking a while, so they said they would call us when it was ready. So, we left. After a few hours, no one called. So, we called and they had a shift change. The new guy was not given the info, such as password, etc. So, the data was not being transferred. So, wife went to the store and gave them the info. She stayed there a couple of hours, and the employee was unable to transfer data. He did not know how. So, she left with both cell phones and the jet pack, which they did not register. We were able to transfer the data our selves and get the new phone to start working. What a cluster F. No training, no communication between employees on the shift change. Poorly run store. From now on we will visit the Verizon store on Hilliard Rome Road.

This store and this company are the very worst experience Ive ever had with customer service. I purchased a phone here and switched from another provider - was told Id get up to $650 toward my old bill, a $250 gift card in the mail for the expensive phone I purchased, etc. Went back into the store every few weeks, each time I was told be patient, it takes awhile, 2-3 billing cycles. Finally after 6 months the original kids that sold me my phone werent there anymore. Next guy says hell look into it, get back with me. Never heard back from him. Next time I go in, its more new faces. This time theyre telling me I was never eligible for any of those promotions. I call their corporate office. Go round and round for weeks and weeks. Finally get a call back saying sorry, cant help you. Oh, and a year after this starts, I notice a $10 a month charge on my credit card from "TCCROCKS" that should not be there. Cant wait to see how many phone calls this will take.

Ive never personally been to this store, just the eye care place that shares a wall with it. I was actually planning to come over to your store after my appointment but was put off by the obvious unprofessionalism that I could hear through the walls alone. First there was an employee playing basketball, and who kept slamming the ball on the wall, drowning out whatever the doctor was talking about. That stopped halfway through because an employee from the eyecare place went over to ask about it. Then was the nonstop loud music. I dont know if the speakers happen to be right next to the wall or what, but it was horrible loud music!!! It sounded like a bunch of rowdy teenagers over there with the music and the hooting and the hollering that was going on. Long story short, your employees are unprofessional and it has ensured that I will never shop at this Verizon store

I switched from another carrier, at first the sales reps seem friendly and helpful. But...it took me 2 weeks to get my phone when I was told it would be 2 -3 days, then when I picked it up and purchased a screen protector, of course it wasnt in stock. So they "said" it would be in, in 2 days. Still waiting a week later. Ive tried to call a few times, goes to VM. Plus after getting a text alert I was over my 1 gig, which I signed up for 6 I was almost charged additional. Not real happy, not starting out on a good note!
