Went in for an upgrade I was due. When I was done checking out, he put a tablet in the bag and said, "Here ya go. Youre all set.". I said, "Whats this? For free?". His reply was that it was a promotion that was offered with phone upgrades. I was like, okay, whatever, and walked out. When I got my next bill, I saw the 35 dollar activation fee and $10.00/month charge (for 2 years). I called in to the store and the guy (my salesman) says, "You signed the terms, theres nothing I can do.". True, I did sign it. I wasnt going to stand there reading that book-of-a-receipt filled with legal-ese crap nobody understands. I suppose thats my fault I didnt go to law school and I should KNOW better that if it sounds too good to be true, it is. However, he SHOULD have explained that i was signing a 2 year commitment. Thats classic bait and switch bologna and just plain sneaky. I called Verizons customer service. The service guys reply was, "Dont ever go to a store. We dont work off of commission. They do. They did the exact same thing to my MOM....now shes stuck with a tablet and they wouldnt even let ME cancel her contract!". Ive ALWAYS had a good experience with Verizons phone customer service ordering stuff and never felt duped like this. Thats how Ill be doing business from now on.

Worst experience or my life... we had originally had gone to a other store to buy a phone and they were out they said this store was the only one that had them in stock with in a half and hour.. so we drived a half an hour to wait 1 and a half hours, no exaggeration. While the other employees stood around on their personal phone or talking to there customer about non-phone related stuff while we stood at the register waiting. one person FINALLY took two minutes (litterally) out of their time to ring us out for a phone. When it should of been was while two people standing there with their customer waiting on their phone to activate they could of come over and rang us out while the other persons phone activated/ transfered.

This was the last time that I will visit this store. The employees are worthless. I was trying to add an iPhone to my account that came from Sprint. All was good until I said it was from Sprint. They wouldnt touch it. Told me that it wasnt possible, which I know it is. All they wanted to do is give me $30 off a new phone and trade it in. Its for my kid, hes not getting a new phone. Needless to say, idiots like you is why people leave VZW. I was planning on ordering the new 7+ for myself this week. Not now, I will wait until my contract is up and decide which carrier is best for us, and who is willing to actually assist the customers, just not read off some script.

Ive been to this Verizon many times (twice on Black Friday) and have Hadoop experiences most of the time. Howie (the sales representative) has helped me and my family many times, and has always been patient and polite with us. I have had problems with the manager not being very friendly but we dont see him berry often. The managers impoliteness is the only reason I took off a star.

Terrible store! Bait & switch on what they said promotion was, now stuck with a 2 yr contract on additional phone & iPad. Their employees ( sales people) will say anything to get a sale ! They work on commissions so BUYER BEWARE! Will be switching carriers as soon as can get out from underneath all the fees & charges they packed on my plan . Run far away from this store !!!

Terrible store! Salespeople work on commission, you they will tell you anything to sign up. Upgraded phones, told us the MIFI hotspot was a $30 one time fee, no monthly fee. LIES!! Cost $10 per month, could not cancel without paying early termination fee. Corey that works there is a major liar. Do not deal with him!!

Never had a problem going here! I do HATE the parking lot, but Verizon was there before it got so busy. Hopefully they will move soon. Service has been great. The guys and gals in there are always helpful. No problems with anyone selling me anything I didnt want or need.

AMAZING customer service!!!! They were so friendly and didnt mind my one year old running around touching everything. Eric also spent over an hour helping me get my photos transfered to my new phone. Just really nice employees overall

Friendly experience without a sales pitch. I went with my mother to help her with a smartphone upgrade. The representative we spoke too gave us some options without trying to sell us any particular package.

Small store in a crowded parking lot. Marysville is a sizable community, so I assumed Verizon would have a better store located here. The people were friendly and service was quick.
