I been with T-Mobile for over 7 years and have loved every year of it; my perception of them as a company has been immaculate not a complaint nor dislike they have always been very professional and customer friendly. Until today!!! :( I tried returning a defective phone within 6 days of my purchase but a saleswoman named Laura accused me of dropping phone or "something" and their was nothing they could do period! This incident was over the phone may I add. I decided to go in store to discuss but she continued to be very hostile towards me screaming "I told you that over the phone "! I was tremendously appalled. Make long story short DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE IF LAURA IS ON THE CLOCK! I REPEAT LAURA IS THE WORST TMOBILE EMPLOYEE! I wasnt sure if I was at a pawn shop or t-mobile store needless to say a very sad day for a long time loyal customer.

I have been coming to this store for a very long time, and am deeply saddened that another reviewer is calling one of their top workers incompetent. I have never, ever, had poor service at this location ever in my life. They are always very friendly, SUPER smart, and every time Ive ever had a problem Laura was always there to fix it. If you have issues with your phone and it breaks they are INSANELY good at identifying how it happened. If its your fault, or the phones fault, they are really good at getting it fixed. There is one thing I have to say though, which is they are very "real" people and if you come in with an aggressive or hostile attitude they will ask you to leave. There is no reason to be rude to these folks because they are some of the best people in wireless, hands down.

When into this store and was greeted nicely, but when it came tine for my turn I got the eye roll when I told them the problem. The store was being run by 3 African Americans and I was told that Id have to go outside and call that he wouldnt call his customer line from inside the store and that i should put my white privilege to use. I found it very rudeand not what id expect from tmobile nor from a northville store. I finished my transaction outside but would avoid this store if your are easily offended or white as youll be treated less then human by someone angry and racist

One of the managers who worked there summer 2015 was extremely rude and sassy. She did not help us at all and just showed us her sass. When we said we would report this terrible service to customer service she said that she didnt care. I recently had to go back there this summer and the people there are very unorganized. I would not recommend this store and I suggest that T-Mobile reviews how this store is running.

I had an LG 2 phone that crashed on me upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy J 7 ... But I was afraid that I lost all of my information from my old phone. Went to this T-Mobile location and Greg Maya and Tiffany were all a great help! They were able to transfer all of my information including my contacts apps and photos and back it all up for me so Ill never lose them again!

called this store to find out if they had a phone in stock on 8/5/15. the person who answered the phone told me yes they had it in stock and to come in and ask for him. when i get there i find out he already left and they do not have the phone in stock. i drove 45 mins just to this store because they were the only one who supposedly had it.

Excellent store, excellent people, but the service person just didnt know a lot about his devices. Honestly. He didnt know what stock Android vs overlay was and that is basic tech knowledge that you should have if youre pitching a product to a customer.
