I wouldnt even give it 1 star if given the choice. My daughters network stopped working today, couldnt make calls, txt and no data. I called customer service, she tried doing a signal reset, didnt work. She told me to go to a cricket store, to have them look at it, to replace the sim card if needed. Unfortunately came to this location, got there at 7:45. The guy was sitting in his car, no one else was in the store. He came in mad, and extremely rude. I tried explaining what was going on, he said the store was closin in 5 minutes and there was nothing he could do. I told him the store closed in 15 min, and customer service sent me there. He said "it wasnt his problem". I called customer service, he told me to leave the store. I told him the store didnt close for 10 more minutes. He told me to make the call outside... in the blizzard. I asked him who the manager was, he refused to tell me. Meanwhile customer service rep tried resending the signal again, didnt work... and said the employee at the store needed to replace the sim card. But... I was kicked out of the store! Whatever he was doing in his car was more important than taking care of customers. Theres a lot of phone companys out there to choose from, definitely not giving a company money that obviously can care less about its customers.

Yesterday I came here the rep didnt know what he was talking about. I gave him my phone to see if it could be activated and he said it couldnt. Yet I called cricket and they said it could and did a ton of research. Then I come here today and theyre not supposed to be closed until 9pm. Hes sitting at his station with the door locked at 8:54 with the Open sign still on.
