Absolutely the best metro Ive been to. So friendly. I smashed my phone and had no idea where I was (visiting family) and somehow found this metro. He helped me immediately and got me a new phone, gave me extra than he had to. I cannot express how grateful I was that this man helped me so much. He also helped my sister get a new phone recently and shes happy with it!

Absolutely the worst store. I activated a new phone today and they charged me 15$ for activation. Metro PCS does activation for free if you call the customer care. These guys did not tell me that and took advantage of me. Save yourself from these cheaters
