Ttied to make me buy expensive phone and when I explained I was using a former i phone that met the criteria from website he wouldnt even look at it. He stated he would "unlock for 50$" and kept repeating that.....it WAS unlocked. I am due for an upgrade on my phone in 3 months and explained that I only needed a phone for a few months. He wouldnt have it, he even pretended not to understand english. He was a bully, rude and takes advantage of people who he believes to be cell phone illiterate. Do not go here. He kept motioning for the door when I asked for a cheaper phone with a 30$ plan...like on the website... If you wont buy an expensive phone with a 50$ month plan he motions for you to leave and states cost more tomorrow??? WHAT?? OMG it was horrible. I would never give this person a credit card. Dont go here. Belleville is such a nice hometown, it made me sad!

I do not use MetroPCS phone service, but I came here to have them fix my broken cell phone. The manager (Hoogan) worked many hours over the course of 3 days to fix my phone. Ultimately the phone was toast, but he was able to salvage the majority of my pictures, which is what I had asked (more like begged) him to do. He was so nice and was great at explaining what caused my phone to suddenly stop working. Although I hope I never have to come back (i.e. broken phone), I would hands down recommend him to anyone who needs their phone serviced!

The manager was outstanding. I purchased a charger that didnt work on my phone, next day I was back at the store to replace the charger and it took a few day to recharge, so now I can only charge my phone by the pull in and I have to take the battery out the phone ....my phone went out around the ending of November, still paid my bill so today I am using my phone.... Calling the main offfice ...

Beware of any mail in rebate ! I was told I would receive a $60 mail in rebate if I spent more than $175 on a new phone. After 10 weeks if waiting I found out the offer was not valid and denied by metro pcs rebate center and despite the offer expiring the day before it was repeatedly promised by both the sales person and manager during the purchase process.

The guy working here is pretty slick. He adds things to your bill has you pay then when you speak up then he trys to make it seem like hes required to when other metro stores arent doing so. Other than that hey, its a inexpensive phone with pretty good service so no other complaints! Just read over your charges!
