Totally mislead. When I asked how much to upgrade my phone I was told $123, but she never told me that I would have to pay taxes on the FULL retail price of a $740+ phone which was another $50. Of course this was a separate charge that I wasnt made aware of until AFTER the phones were swapped over & the $123 was paid for. She also said if I upgrading my other line & I would be eligible for a Samsung promotion, but the fine print I noticed AFTER SPENDING 2.5 hours in the store stated "*for NEW lines only. $400 later & no promotion, I returned the 2nd phone which took 7 weeks to receive my refund. She also forgot to process my trade-in phone so I got billed for my old phone for 2 months before I got that resolved. All in all, TOTAL NIGHTMARE. My advise, ORDER ON-LINE.

Do yourself a favor dont use this store. They miss led me and raised my bill more than double. They will lie to you and than tell you should have read the fine print. No way to do business. Never again.
