I recently purchased this here Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and the Wifes Apple iPhone 6s Plus at this "no pressure sale" Verizon store. Andrew helped me out. He was personable and professional. I gave four stars because they didnt have the Galaxy in gold or the iPhone in rose gold in store, however, Andrew offered to order them. My intention was to leave that day with new phones. I did not want to wait one more day. So I got silver and the wife got gold. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience.

Daryl (the manager) was very rude and wasnt helpful at all. Ordered a battery for my phone on 5/30 and still have yet to receive (6/8) after I was told it would be 2-day shipping. I called (Daryl) to ask about MY product and he wanted to argue and told me that he couldnt tell me about my merchandise. I asked his name because I wanted to file a complaint and he hung up on me. I had to call back and speak to someone else to get his name. Worst customer service, EVER and I will never go back!

I was dreading going in because I needed a new phone and was not up for an upgrade yet so I thought I would have to end my contract. Tyler the manager was able to get me a brand New phone on the edge plan with no problem! This is after customer service and other Verizon stores telling me there was nothing they could do! So happy I was able to stay, I have been with Verizon for 10 years and dont plan on changing.

Of the verizon stores in our area, this is the only one that I will go to. I feel like the people here are generally pretty honest. For the most part, I have had good customer service here. If it werent for the occasional poor service and long lines, I would have given 5 stars

Went in because my phone died and I was greeted by Kenny. Kenny was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and very prompt. Had a great experience and that man deserves a raise! I will be back again in the future.

I have a version corporate store a few miles away but would drive extra to come to this store. Never had a bad experience there. People are friendly and vary helpful.

You would be better off driving to Maumee. This store is slow, rude and they do not value thier customers!!!
