One of the employees there is really pushy. (One with the dark hair and beard.) He gave us details about only one plan out of the multiple ones that still existed at that time, and when we told him that we would take a few minutes to consider things, he opened his arms and said "I mean, what is there to consider?" We politely told him that we just needed a few minutes, and he relented. It was the second time we had been to that store, and he did it both times. The other guys there were pretty helpful, but I wouldnt go back because of the aforementioned employee. The guy with the glasses is really nice, though.

I had an awesome experience shopping at this location! Michelle was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient with helping me choose the best phone for me. "John" was also helpful in saving me money on my bill while upgrading one of my services. I would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you T-mobile staff for your help.

Staff doesnt take their job seriously. My wife went to buy a case for phone and between the sales rep trying to make small talk and socializing, it took 40 minutes to purchase a case. Dont go here. Go to a corporate store
