Zero stars.... I would rate negative stars if possible. Purchased a phone for my daughter at the miller rd location and had a great experience... But they accidentally sold me the wrong case. Went to the Davison Mi Lapeer st. Store and had a horrible experience. I walked in (only customer there) three employee on staff and none of them stood up. I had to initiate the conversation. I explained that I needed to exchange the case and I was rudely told that they would not do the exchange because they are not a corporate store. The lady at the counter never made eye contact with me... She just continued to look at her computer. Never even looked at what I was trying to exchange. Male employee in corner snickering at the interaction. I pressed the issue a bit and she said it was "out of her hands" still not looking up. It is worth noting that they had the case I needed and the had the case I was exchanging on the shelf.... So this item was not foreign to their inventory. I said I would not be back on the way out and the male (snickering) employee said in a sickly sweet tone "have a nice day" followed by chuckles.

First when you go in they are wonderful. Then when you have to go back story changes. I was told "free tablet" was free other than the 3 dollars in taxes. Got my bill....40 dollars. I double checked 10 times to make sure it was free when I got it at the same time I got my daughters phone. Today I go I and they say its an activation fee. I asked about that and was repeatedly told nope completely free. They just see people as a dollar amount. They also spend mite time talking to their own friends then waiting I the line thats forming.

Bryan was so helpful to me. He went above and beyond to get me set up after I had broken my phone. I actually enjoyed what normally would have been a stressful experience because he and his coworkers were very knowledgeable and proficient as well as friendly. I was shopping for new phones for 3 different people, each one uses their phones for different communications. Brian was a lifesaver for me, using my description to help me make good choices. I do believe he is very sincere about helping customers understand and get the best deals on their purchase.

ZERO STARS! Worst VZW store around. Do not waste your time. Your questions will not be answered, they will tell you 1 thing and do another. You will pay too much for the device compared to other stores. Drive to flint, it will be worth it.

Amazing. verizon had messed up something regarding transferring my account and adding a disount. Revan, the new store manager, was AMAZING and fixed everything. hate going to center rd, will always come back to this location.

They lie. There will be new charges you did not agree to on your bill. Then they will have you go talk to the manager about them - 2 weeks trying and the manager has not been in yet.
