I always hate dealing with sales people, never trust them, I have worked in sales and know all the games. I had to switch my phone companies and had to go into verizon. After reading through reviews of several stores noticed that this location had lots of great reviews for Vanessa. My wife and I went into the New Hudson location to switch our phone companies and she was working. Vanessa is the best sales person I have ever come across, if you want honest and fast service go see vanessa. She answered all my questions with great knowledge, went above and beyond to help me get out of my previous phone plan, and she is by far the best multi-tasker I have ever met. She ran the store like a champ. The way she interacted with other customers I can see that she cares about her job and customers. You wont be disappointed if you go see Vanessa, she has been there for 6 years, and she is the best you will find!

I have been dealing with this Verizon store for a few years now. I have to say, the store is very clean and well displayed with new accessories and also various items for your home or business. The Manager Vanessa is the main reason why I conduct business at this location. She goes above and beyond when it comes to my business needs. She is very informative and knowledgeable on all products and service that Verizon offers. I have noticed how she also assists customers on how to use there new devices. Not only tell them but actually gets the customer involved by letting them do it hands on. Thank you Vanessa and the Verizon Store for all of your help. A+++

upgraded me to verizon edge for $10/mo knowing that my plan was not eligible. (I had no idea) got my bill showing $28/mo for the edge program. contacted vzw corporate and had to change my plan to correct this stores mistake. contacted the store talked to an extremely unprofessional sarcastic manager who said if I went back to that store prior to calling vzw she would have helped but because I didnt she wont help or compensate me for the problems she caused. also the sales rep wouldnt give me copies of the paperwork when I asked...he stated vzw would mail me copies. dont go here!

I must say I am not happy about what this place did to my mother. She came in for a new phone and they talked her into buying a bunch of extra stuff she didnt need. When she went to return it they ended up charging her a restocking fee. Its sad that these people prey on the elderly that come in and want the basic stuff and then talk them into a portable wireless router, or a new iphone that they didnt want in the beginning. Dont go here. Anytime you want to deal with verizon call corporate and go to the corporate locations. These little sattellite shops are junk

I wanted to thank Vanessa for the great customer service I received on 7/7 for an upgrade on my phone. I work in a customer service profession as well so I understand what and how to give excellent customer Service. While in the store Vanessa had to deal with a rude uncaring individual. Vanessa remained calm took care of this person with much class & grace. Vanessa is confident in what she does. Her multi tasking is outstanding. Had to stop in and get a new phone and ipad. My experience here was great. Vanessa took time to set everything up and answer all questions about the new devices. I like the fact that this store can process your transaction and set things up for you much faster than the corporate stores. My time is valuable, and it was a much smoother process here, and the capabilities (for what I needed) were virtually the same. Without a doubt, I will be using this store for my future Verizon needs.

Vanessa was incredible! We were about to leave Verizon due to poor customer service at other Verizon stores. The Verizon store on Milford Road in New Hudson was recommended by a family member. When we went in Vanessa was inviting and very helpful. She explained everything in detail and showed us some options while upgrading our phone. Vanessa is a true example that customer service still exists. I will be referring this store to family and friends!! Five Stars!

It is very seldom I put reviews up for any businesses. However, I had a major issue with my phone and the location I usually go to was closed. Not only did I have one-on-one help with the store manager Vanessa, she also completely fixed my phone and switched my data plan to save money!!! I will never go to another location, and I know that I am in good hands with Verizon Wireless in New Hudson!! Thanks again Vanessa ☺️

As a former Verizon employee, I can tell you first hand that they are a rip off. They signed my mom up for Edge without explaining anything to her. My mother in law was also scammed by not allowing her to use her discount on accessories. If you are looking for a genuinely great experience make the drive out to Howell at the corner of N. MI Ave and M 59. Tthey are great and treat you right.

The guy that was helping me, Alex, was really nice and trying to help me out. But Im guessing the manager lady with really bad, fake, eye brows that over does it with the makeup was a complete bag. She wasnt helping me but felt the need to chime in and make snotty remarks. My 5 year old that was with me asked why she was mad at me. That should say something about how rude she was.

I went to Brighton store on Grand River, 45 minute wait then went to Lee Road, no one could help me transfer data from i5 to i6s then I went to New Hudson & the staff and store manager rock! They work their butts helping and greeting every customer. They helped us with three phones. Thank you! Thank you Rachelle and Vanessa, your employer is lucky to have you both!

I was out of town when my 14-year-old daughters phone broke. The customer service she received from the staff at the New Hudson store was excellent. They educated her regarding her options and then contacted me to finalize the transactions. She was very pleased with her purchase and I was very appreciative of the service my daughter received.

Very enjoyable experience when we stopped by today to replace my husbands phone. No waiting, and very attentive service. Matt was our sales rep and did a great job, but the other sales reps all seemed just as sharp. If you are shopping for phones, accessories, etc., and need to get it done quickly and painlessly, go here.
