Exercise extreme caution if buying from this location. They are not an "OFFICIAL" Verizon store. I ordered an upgrade phone for $199, same price as online. I verified at the store that the price is the same. Got a call at home an hour later. Oh, it is $50 more than stated. I told them to cancel the order. I will just order online for the original price. thanks for wasting my time. Order online!!!

We have been to this store a number of times and have never found anyone that can help us. We either get directed to a corporate store or given the customer service number. After 5 attempts at this location we will never go back. This is definitely not what you expect from a Verizon store.
