Stopped by this location a few days ago for the very first time. Needed help finding the right phones for my family and I, as well as switching carriers. I am very pleased to say that I did just that! The overall service I received here was nothing short of outstanding, the staff member was super friendly, very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Also, the store is immaculate and setup so wonderfully. I am very happy with my bill :) Thanks for helping me make the switch with your exceptional prices, you have exceeded all my expectations! Highly recommended!!

NEW MANAGEMENT turned this store 180 degrees. I was very pleased with my experience at this location. The general mangers Fade, and Tim, are GREAT!! They switched my plan, lowered my bill, upgraded my phone, and gave me an amazing deal on accessories in 22 minutes flat. (Yes i timed it) I will definitely be coming back, and would recommend this store to anyone.

Buyer beware. Manager and owner overcharge. They charge what they call "taxes on the retail value" of their phones. A $50 phone might cost you $50 + $24 "tax" ($400 @ 6%). It is illegal, but they admitted to doing this as a general practice, every transaction. Check your receipt. Ask questions. Remember Metro PCS DOES have a return policy.

Manager doesnt know all the products and how to use them properly. New but not updated and manager needs more training. He does not know how to activate or transfer or alot of things that Mike can do at the other metro pcs store which I recommend off of airport road and m-59. Great experience with him.

Well came in and wasnt happy with my phone not working, after only a year, but left in a real good mood. Playing Pokemon go is no joke i needed a phone fast and thats what i got from this store, also i got a real good deal with all the protection i needed for it. Really love coming to see my guy here.

Guy at the store was very helpful, also gave me a water and my son a pop and a bag of chips cause it was really hot out. He took good care of me as I upgraded my phone and took time to switch my contacts and pics to my new phone. It was one of the better overall experiences Ive had at a metro store

Came into the store and Fadi the rep, was very nice. I bought 2 phones for me and my mom, came from sprint, very happy with the switch. Ive never experienced servicing like what I got from this store ever, very satisfied with this store. Come see for yourselves you wont be disappointed.

Open til 5pm and here at 430 and closed. Not the first time. Also blatently lied to us saying a phone was out of stock and on back order when the metro pcs down the road had a bunch. Done with this location. Pathetic service
