The last four days that I have been coming to this Verizon store, the worker Carrie is the only reason why Ive come back. She has done an amazing job assisting me when the previous employee terribly couldnt. I upgraded to the LG v20 under the worker Tim, and realized he totally screwed up everything that was set up for me. He didnt check to see if the screen protector that he placed on my phone was cracked. He didnt remove the manufacturing seals on my phone before placing the case he conned me into buying. This is a concern because my phone could possibly overheat because of that, and even cost me more money that I already spent. I love watching TV very much, and that dumb worker Tim had me purchase that application sling, and didnt even have the decency to set it up, or even create an account for me to watch TV. The last 2/3 days that I came here, I ran back and forth from my house trying to figure out why the app didnt work and why the jetpack couldnt let my device connect to my Wi-Fi. I deeply considered rating this place 1 star, but personally I rate the worker Tim 1 star. I rate the worker Carrie 5 stars, and for that I will give the store 5 stars because everyone else was willing to help me with my situation. I hope you guys make sure something is done about this. Thanks.

I went there to get a new phone for my 13-year-old daughter and to trade in her old one. My list of complaints: I had to ask for clarification on almost everything because very little was explained well. Jamie tried to sign me up for a bundle that she hadnt even asked if I wanted -- I think out of ineptness rather than intention, but still . . . Their wifi was down so they were using the wifi from the Starbucks next door (?!?!), but if wasnt strong enough to transfer contacts, pictures, etc. so I had to do it at home. They told me I needed to send in her old phone to get the free-phone promotion, which wasnt true. I just spent an hour on the phone with the real Verizon trying to get this all straightened out, just to find out there is nothing more I need to do. The hard sell on accessories was really annoying. The whole process just for us took about 45 minutes, not including the wait time while they finished with the other customer (which actually wasnt too long). I wont be going back there.

Unfortunately a little too driven to sell you things you dont necessarily need or want. They load a free movie streaming app on their tablet then talk you into buying it to get the free movies. Dont fall for the deceptive practice. Buyer beware! Also they failed to apply the account credits for the two phones I purchased, so now Im out $300!!! Since they are not a corporate store, but rather an authorized dealer, its taking several months of working through corporate to fix their mistakes. Ill never go to a non-corporate store again! Again, buyer beware!

I had called the Milford Go Wireless location with a question about clearing data off an old phone. I am technically challanged and the employee was gracious and said to bring it in and hedid be happy to assist me. I arrive an hr later. He was friendly, helpful and resolved my issue in a timely manner. The associates name was Drew Moore and he is to be commended for his EXCELLENT Customer Service. Thank you, Drew!!

Came into Verizon for assistance on moving photos off my phone to my external hard drive. To my WONDERFUL surprise Andrew was in and an IT expert. He completed everything for me with 30 minutes. Poor customer relations skills, little knowledge of iPhone products, long wait times for assistance, they are more interested in always selling or upselling something rather than providing genuine advise....this comes right from the manager. I will never set foot in their store again.
