Love this location! been to a bunch, for one it looks great and doesnt have the thick glass between you and the employee. The employee that helped me was super helpful, honest and nice. Gave me a free case for my phone too and transferred all my pictures and phonebook from my old phone... was super patient to make sure my new phone was totally set up for me before i left. Recommend this location to everyone!

You really wont ever get any better customer service than you do here. Always have an awesome visit, Sam is the best Metro PCS dude ever. Switched from Verizon today to Metro and he made it super quick and simple. If anyone ever leaves a bad comment on this business store they are obviously stupid.

Go to this one! first off... its so much nicer than the others. the guy helping me really knew his stuff...he lowered my bill to a promo plan thats only supposed to be for new customers and i didnt even ask him to... gave me a free case with my new phone too. For sure going here only from now on!

Sam is great. He Always gives good service very knowledgeable of the different phones and is very quick. Ive waited two weeks before buying a new phone, so I could go to his store just because you just dont get the same service anywhere else. You rock sam

Very kind employees. Went in to pay my 100.00 bill and he checked my account and drppped by bill by about 40 a month without me even asking for a cheaper plan. And the new plan gives me more too! Thats great savings I wouldnt have even known to ask for
