Poor customer service begins with management. DO NOT go to this store! Find a corporate Verizon store as this team will try to find every shady way they can to stick it to you. Our loss so far is over $500 and have been using a temporary phone provided by Verizon corporate for over two weeks now until situation is taken care of. Five minutes of trusting what they said to be true has resulted in the worst mobile nightmare EVER.
