If youre just buying a phone, this store is fine. God forbid you run into a problem though. Manager Mario is completely useless; cant remember anything past 5 minutes. Went in to reduce phone bill as Im a single mom who just lost my child support. Funny how their unlimited, reduced rate plans somehow dont apply to you once you ask for it. In course of conversation, Mario talked me into going with DISH network through Verizon at an advertised rate of $40 (pamlet in plain view on counter). Something got screwed up on his end. I noticed day before install that order printout said "no DVR". Called Mario, said it was fine, his end was correct. DISH showed up April 4 with no DVR. Called Mario, said hed fix. David at store immediately resolved DVR switch. I also had no channels except local and shopping channels, NOT FLEX PACK ordered for $40, David said Mario needed to deal with that. Waited a week for Mario to fix but no return call. Finally called DISH myself and explained situation. Stations ordered in original order appeared within 15 minutes. Assumed end of story. Unfortunately, my $40 a month bill went up to $70 without explanation and was automatically withdrawn from my account. Called Mario who promised he would deal with. Week week went by, no call from him so had to drive up to store, 20 minutes away. Mario did call DISH in front of me, getting useless foreign people who lied about me agreeing to things Id never even been informed of. Again Mario said hed continue working on but a week later, nothing. Oh, on top of that, my Verizon tablet died for no apparent reason, had to replace. Not only am I stuck with paying $10 line charge on a defective tablet, they stuck me with a $40 access fee I cant afford.

Mario and his staff have been great every time I have needed anything related to my Verizon account, including accessories for my cell phones. Mario has even stayed after hours to assist me in activating my cell phone. I appreciate their assistance and recommend this store that needs help with anything Verizon.

I went to this Verizon store with my new I 7 ! Mario is amazing and very knowledgeable! I thought my pictures were lost. I even called Apple and they told me they were gone. It took Mario less than a minute and I got them all back! You have a gem in Mario and the store! Lorraine Lotzoff

The people at this store are the best regarding customer service. Lucas helped me and actually gave me a wonderful deal! Boss man Mario was very accommodating. Friendly, sincere customer service AND it was not a mob scene like some of the Verizon stores. Its my new favorite store!
