We faced an arrogant clerk working in this store today. We wanted to purchase a plan from this store but the clerk was leaning back and talking on his phone. He did not even bother reckon our presence during the 5 minutes wait. so we left the store for good. Ironically I chose this store to avoid the rude clerk in Pontiac trl branch, but surprisingly I countered him in this branch! He should be thought customer care 101. or be changed with folks of right attitude. I am sorry for Metro!

These guys are the best service Ive ever had my phone works everywhere I go the guy at the store always helps me Ive been in there 6 or 7 times this month and hes helped me out every single time if I ever had another problem I would for sure make this place my first stop if I ever get another phone this place would be my first stop I love the Metro PCS on Maple Road and Pontiac Trail.
