I had purchased a phone plan and ported my number online. The port failed and the customer support ret I spoke to over the phone said I would have to have it re-ported at a physical location. Upon entering this stone I was greeted by Eric. Once I explained my issue he became confrontational stating, "I done know why they would tell you that. We dont have the ability." Despite his tone of announce I took him at his word and left to call customer support again. The rep said it would have to be done in store and would stay on the line to talk with Eric. As I entered the store again Eric would no longer make eye contact and was beyond rude. He almost wouldnt talk to the rep and kept repeating he couldnt do anything. He did nothing the rep asked and stared arguing with them. The rep put us on hold and I stated, "It doesnt seem like you want to help me." Eric became irate and said I was being condescending, which one is not the proper use of the word and two was untrue. Before I could say anything else he said he would no longer help me and farther that he had worked for cricket for over two years and new there was nothing he could do. He farther went on to say how dare I say that and expect his help.

Very poor customer service I had credit on my account the guy showed me a month ago that I did indeed have credit on my account now a month later I dont have any credit on my account i did not get any help from anyone even customer service didnt even help me they did not resolve the issue they kept making excuses of why now all of a sudden I dont have a credit on my account I recommend not going with Cricket with you phone service Im very disappointed with this phone company once I pay this bill Im going to cancel this service and go elsewhere I recommend other people do the same thing

I had really bad experience with this store. When I went to the store to buy a new line I suspected that their price was $25 higher than online portal price. But when I spoke to their store manager, she was very confident that it is same as online portal. After buying it in the store and talking to customer care I realized that I was cheated. But they said they can’t do anything about it. So just don’t trust them, and rather always buy online for better price.

Arrived at the store at 9:59 on Saturday June 10. The posted store hours were 10-7. A sign on the door said something like, "Be right back in 15-20 minutes, thanks for your patience" Waited over 20 minutes. Called the store. No one answered.
