I wanted badly to hook up my byod service to verizon. First of all $20 is a tad pricey for a sim card when I can get one for nothing. The real problem happened when the gentleman at the desk typed in the wrong address and basically locked me out of a verizon account before even having one! He couldnt for some reason get the phone imie number to work. So he told me to go to a real verizon store. So I drove 25mins away finding out that by him putting in the wrong address he locked me out. So I had to go through the Hassel of sending in a dte bill and comcast bill plus my drivers license. Thank you verizon want my blood too! Its post paid I get it but geez. So any who my phone damn near got turned off because I wanted to switch after my 30 day post paid for cricket was over and I had one day left. So I had to go up there again just to have the lady tell me that the plan I wanted after taxes and bs extra who-knows-what tax would be 76$ for 5gb even after my work discount! Screw you verizon. So I went with straight talk and I get 26mbps dl and 12mpbs upload at only 48$ with 8gb data with verizon towers. Better speeds than my friends 100$ at&t plan! Moral of this story buy your own phone and never sign a contract

Horrible lack of service by Jill. Not only was she rude to my husband who just called in to try to straighten out details on my sister-in-laws brand new phone that was ordered twice. When my husband informed her she was being rude and he wanted to speak to a manager, she said he was gone for the day and she didnt like his "threatening tone". Then she hung up. There are several people who work here who are very helpful and accommodating... but between porting issues on one line causing me to pay a bill at sprint for an unnecessary 3 weeks and my husband being hung up on, the 3.5-4 star rating I would have given is now a 1. I will be calling corporate in the morning.

If I could put a 0 I would. Went into the store to pre order two iphones and they charged my account. Picked up one they attempted to charge my card again saying I paid showed them they were wrong and he responded with "oh I see it now". My fiance went in and picked up hers a few weeks later and they charged her again for hers... told her to get a refund we already paid he again said "oh I see it now" and refunded her and then charged her card again to "close out the sales cycle" therefore cancelling the refund. They will not give me my money back and I have had to contact my bank in order to get it back. Awful.

screwed up my contacts merged personal contacts with gmail now have over 1185 from 535 even added craigslist adds as contacts i asked for receipt when they had me sign insurace waver they gave it to me after i signed everything elseburied in it they charged an extra $30 per phone upgrade to be sent to my bill 1-2 months later i was paying for everything in the store up front they knew this

This place is total garbage. Went looking for a car charger for my Kyocera DuraForce Pro. The kid (Travis) fumbled and starred at multiple car chargers totally bewildered, I could have read labels myself. No researching compatible chargers on his computer or anything. Qmadix charger handed to me did completely NOTHING. Total amateur hour and very unprofessional.

I went in to troubleshoot an issue with my phone. The guy tried everything he could think of to fix it then I tried calling support there in the store. That left him free to help others which was fine. Ive had better service at other Verizon locations. Namely Birmingham and Bloomfield Hills but this wasnt bad. I probably wouldnt go back though.

Went in having battery issues with my S4. Only chargers to 20% 8hrs on the charger and drops to 5% in 30min was in and out in under 15 min with a new OEM battery. Best part is they warrentied the battery
