Last night was the first time Ive gone into a cell phone store where I was the only customer and it felt like it took forever to get out. Went here because phone wasnt turning on, even after installing a new battery and trying everything I could find online. After explaining that, the first thing they ask is if I tried turning it off and turning it back on again. Service rep looks at the phone and, surprise, nothing happens besides the logo appearing and then the phone going dead again. Then the rep asks me a bunch of questions which basically felt like, "I dont believe you, so let me ask a bunch of other things." Being customer service, I get it, theres probably a bunch of people who come in and lie about what happened as to why their phone isnt working. But after all that, the rep says he has to call tech support, and they basically go over all the same stuff. Almost verbatim... +1 star for eventually getting around to the problem and replacing the phone which is still under warranty.

I had major issues with the Verizon (go wireless) store in West Bloomfield on Orchard Lake Rd. The manager there, Randy, is a disrespectful lying poor example of a manager. He never once called me about my complaint, even after I went up there and made numerous calls trying to resolve my issue. He lied to me and the Verizon rep who called him to assist me with this matter. She was full aware that he was lying and made an internal report about him. The district manager, Bradley, was extremely helpful in resolving my issue and AJ at the Farmington store on 12 Mile & Orchard was AWESOME!!!!! People, save your money and time and go to AJ. He wont rip you off, lie to your face and disrespect you with your money in his pocket.

I went in there for a charger.... It took 1hr!! Associates were fighting amongst themselves, I waited 15 minutes for the assistant manager only to have him help someone else and he proceeded to tell the first associate that greeted me how to help me. It was by phone call, then I was promised one thing on the phone only to have a help center associate tell me another..... This was way too much drama for a phone charger. Next time Ill go to another location Ive been treated way better at other locations.

Delano was awesome. He listened to what I really wanted and provided me with multiple options and was very patient answering all my questions. Working with him was one of my best Verizon experiences ever. And I have been with Verizon a long time. I will definitely go back to him for future upgrades . Thank you Delaino!!

Went into Verizon and had an amazing service. AJ helped me with all my questions and helped me decide on what type of phone I want when my upgrade is due. Ive never had a better experience then I did today with AJ. He was very professional and Ill recommend this Verizon store to all my friends and family!
