I am a 65 year old veteran and no absolutely nothing about cell phones.I wanted to switch my service to Tmobile because they offered a plan with unlimited data and free calls to Canada and Mexico which I make many calls to Canada and my other provider charged me big money.Hannah the store manager and Ramsin one of the assistants were fantastic.My son and I spent a long time at the store and they were so patient with us.They guided us through everything on new phones and even helped us on our own tablets which we only use off our internet at home.This is absolutely the best Tmobile store I seen.Would definitely recommend this store.Great customer service experience.

This was my second time at this store and this time was an absolute disaster. I felt pressured to purchase a product and they screwed up the price and the data plan rate. I inquired about the rates listed on the bill versus what was verbally told to me and he said it would reflect online. I called tmobile and Im paying double the cost of what the product is worth! Im very upset and I will no longer utilize this store for my Tmobile needs.

Would like to thank Ramsin for all the help with getting us 5 lines. Definitely a person to go to. Extremely knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. Explained every thing clearly and I felt like this was the first time I actually understood something. Came into T-Mobile to do some window shopping. We had the best experience. Tommy told me about the current promotion and not only saved us money but gave us better phones. He even took the time to set our phones up to every detail. We couldnt be happier. What an unexpected surprise to have such great customer service. Went into the store expecting the usual. Employees who just doesnt care about their customers. To my surprise, the employees at this store were far from that. They genuinely cared and wanted to do everything in their power to help. I had an amazing experience at this T-Mobile and refuse to go anywhere else. T is for Tommy Really Good customer service to identify needs and finds the products that work for you personally. The Store is way better from Where I came from that is AT&T the transition was hard and didnt meet all my expectations but not due to the store. But like anything be an educated consumer. And They will do the rest highly satisfied.

Tommy saved my opinion of Tmobile. The customer service is impeccable. He did everything in his power to make right the things that the Woodward Birmingham store did wrong. I added 2 lines to my account and it was low stress - he knew what he was doing and is a customer advocate all the way.

Hands down the best T-Mobile store around! Went to many others but the people at this T-Mobile know their stuff! They helped me get phones for my other family and also gave us accessories at a discount! Pleasure doing business and will defiantly come back for new phones.
