I have been here for two phones, both times my bill increased even though nothing changed on my contract. This is not a "Verizon Store" its owned and operated by a third party, who seems more interest in selling phones at full price than offering customer loyalty pricing and service. The first time, I was offered "refundable" phone insurance to the tune of $200. I was told "The first $100 will be refunded after a year without a claim"... A year later... It became two years. Two years later, I was told "Your phone deposit JUST expired"... Nuts! The second time they signed me up for a "Device Payment Agreement"... Even though I had a free upgrade. So a phone that should have cost $299 was now $760, because Alex wants to make a few extra dollars. The annoying part is that you dont see these changes until your next bill... By that time youre weeks past the 14 day return period and youre stuck hashing it out with Verizon over the phone. Livonia Verizon can post any rebuttal they want... or post up more bogus reviews! Just know, It might say "Verizon" on the door, but they WONT provide you with the best "Verizon" pricing, products or service.

Stopped in to see about upgrading 1 line, ended up getting 4 new phones and lowering my bill! Best promos around. Web couldnt touch it, Best Buy couldnt touch it. Other places just want to make you get the new plan and whatever phone is the flavor of the week but these guys know the ins and outs of the old plans as well as new. For me it was better NOT to change my plan. Great service, knowledgeable, and looked out for my best interest. They even had everything I wanted in stock! Ill never shop Verizon anywhere else. Ray and his team are A+!

Donavon (Im sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was the most amazing representatives Ive worked with. He really cares about the customers and has stayed in contact with me making sure Im pleased with my phone. He suggested the Droid Turbo and I am in love with this phone. We came in to check something on our account and found out my husband had an upgrade. Danny helped us out. He was super friendly, patient and very knowledgeable about the different phones that were available for the upgrade. He helped my husband tranfer all of his info into the cloud. My husband said it was the best experience he has had at a Verizon store.

Great service been coming to this location for over 5 years. Everyone is well educated and they know what they are talking about. Staff is super friendly. Donovan took great care of me while I was getting my new device. He transfered everything for me. If you want great service I recommend coming to this location.
