Talk about stand up service. Walked in heated because of the weather and my poor iPhone 6s screen and LCD happened to fall across my knee during an argument with the lady. Kevin greeted me as soon as the door dang and he went right to work, no BS, just straight to what the issue was, how to fix it and what the exact cost would be. He had the work done exactly on time, which was a HUGE plus, since I was just visiting family in Farmington Hills area, and do not live close to this amazing store. Kevin even helped me as I was short on cash, and would not accept lunch or even double what he saved me the next day. I couldnt be more appreciative. I will be driving from afar to get any and all of my phones, tablets and whatever else they may fix from here on out. Thanks Kevin and CRC for treating me like family.

This company is outstanding. I was passing by one of their stores thinking it was a normal repair center, iffy about going in. Stopped in to ask for prices and ended up having a long conversation with one of the employees. He quickly grabbed my attention and we got more into talking only to find out that they have multiple locations in areas all around! I instantly felt more comfortable with leaving my phone with them. As i was leaving my phone there.. expecting not to have it for at least a couple hours if not by morning tomorrow the gentleman chuckled and informed me that it will be ready in 30 mins! This company is great and i would strongly recommend to everyone i know, i am very clumsy so these guys will be seeing me again lol Thanks guys!

The problem was my phone wouldnt power on. My wife initially took it to a different cell phone repair place and they didnt do anything but confirm what I already knew (a total waste of $25). Then, I saw the reviews for Cellular Repair Center and decided to give them a try. They were able to fix my phone! They worked on it for three days to get it working again. The customer service was GREAT and the owner even called me to see how my phone was doing a week later! Dont judge this book by its cover... Go inside and youll discover they are very knowledgable of cell phone technology and provide excellent customer service. Id recommend them ten times over!!!

Had a great experience here with Dillon. I took my work phone in to have the charging port replaced (iPhone 5s) and he said "no problem, stop back on by after you run your errands and Ill have it ready for you." Sure enough I stop back up there maybe an hour later and and Dillon tells me he changed the port and and that there was also a bad capacitor inside that he swapped out while he had it opened up for FREE because he had a used one right there at the time. Thats how you get life-long customers who recommend you to everyone! Best of all- cost $80, thats a ton better than having to buy a new phone!

These guys were polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. They clearly wanted their customers to be comfortable. They gave me a good deal, and repaired my phone in less than an hour. It was less expensive and less time than the Apple Store quoted. Best part was that none of my data was lost. It seems that these days, everything comes with a hassle or a catch. But there was none at this store. I left the store happy. I would return, and I will recommend them to others. I also appreciated that the store was clean and comfortable. Also, my screen is working better than it ever has!

i went to the apple store to get my ipad fix and the apple store wanted me to trade it in and pay over $300 so i got mad and someone in the apple store told me to take it to the cellular repair center on 14 mile and orchard lake rd next door to OfficeMax in Farmington hills.I NEVER THOUGHT THERE WAS A IPHONE IPAD REPAIR NEAR ME. this was in January and i must say they did a real good job fixing my glass on my ipad and i bought a case witch they recommended so it wont break as fast if i drop it again. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING

My IPad fell off my truck on a busy road and was run over multiple times, glass broken - destroyed is a better description, the frame was chewed up and bent too but miraculously it still powered on. I thought it was a throw-away. Cellular repair straightened the case and replaced the glass making it like new and in one day and at a good price, no wonder they have so many 5 star ratings. Tip to all...dont put your black IPad on a black tonneau cover and then get distracted.

I recently broke my iphone 6S Plus screen. I called around to many places for prices and every where was very expensive. Finally i found a place with a good price and i went in and they fixed it for me in 20 minutes! Even the apple store told me a couple hours. This place saved me money and time and my phone looks great. They also showed me all of the proper protection for my phone to make sure that i dont break it again. Very pleased.

This place is the best. My LG G4 was completely dead, I had nothing backed up and needed my pictures/contacts. These guys were my last resort after stopping at SEVERAL OTHER repair stores! They were able to get my data onto a disc for me when everyone else told me it was impossible. They gave me a decent price, but I couldnt put a value on my precious memories anyway. Thank you SO MUCH for your awesome service!

I dropped my galaxy s4 and smashed the screen. I thought my phone was done. I looked up repair places in my area and saw them. Had good reviews. I took a chance and it was a great choice. Wow. Awesome place! These guys really know what they are doing. I went to two other cell repair stores before coming here. Everyone told me that I couldnt just get the pictures off a broken phone without fixing the phone first! These guys especially Wolley retrieved not only the sentimental picutues that was important to my family but also some videos. Bravo guys.

Awesome service... Went above and beyond to fix my phone even when it did not require them to warranty their work as the cause was from a battery and not the screen for which the work was done. Very courteous, knowledgeable... They gave great suggestions to protect my phone and did not charge for anything other than what I took my phone in for..

My nexus 5 screen was cracked. I called a few repair stores. Only this store has parts ready and price is reasonable. David Dabish is very nice. Nemo did a good job. He fixed it within one and half hour. He even fixed the head phone jack for me without extra charge. I will definitely go to this place again if my phone has any issue.
