They will rip you off. I called WED inquiring about the Galaxy On5 promotion where if you bring in a number from another carrier you get the phone for free, just pay price of your plan. The guy told me theres a $15 activation fee and sales tax on the phone. There not supposed to charge you activation fee or sales tax on a free phone. Then he tryed to tell me about charging a photo transfer fee, the pictures are already on a SD card and then a phone number transfer fee are backed up by Google. I would stay away from this store unless you like to get ripped off.

Came here for a phone upgrade in order to play Pokemon Go. They sold a phone that fails to work with the app, and THEN let me know the policy on refunds/exchanges for upgrades (none, ever). I would NEVER have gotten this phone knowing it wouldnt work, and they refused to budge even an HOUR after purchase.
