Hassan was very helpful. Andy started off helpful. Unfortunately when I questioned whether all of my pics & contacts had really transferred, Andy must have lost his patience with me, as he went to the back room for a bit, then said no more words to me for the rest of the hour I was there. Thank God I did question it because only 695 of my 1700 pics had actually moved to my new phone. Not all of my contacts had transferred either. And this was a jump trade-in, so I was leaving my old phone there. I wouldve completely lost those photos & contacts. So Thank God for Mohammad. He did not give up on me like Andy. Rather he stepped in when Andy ditched me, and he made sure everything I needed was resolved. I had no intentions of being in the store for 3 hours just to transfer stuff from one phone to another (a process I was initially told would be quick & easy). I had much better things to do & unlike the 5 gentlemen working, I was not getting paid to be there. I was so elated to leave that I forgot my charger. Once again, I was thankful for Mohammad, who found & returned it easily when I came back after 20 minutes to retrieve it. You might wonder why Im giving this store 1 star. Well thats thanks to Andys actions when I returned for my charger. I was standing there thanking Mohammad for everything & apologizing for my transfer being so difficult when Andy came out of the back room & seeing I had returned he reacted in a manner that elicited laughter from his 3 colleagues. Really guys? Is this a place of business, or are we in high school? I should NEVER feel as disrespected & hurt as I did leaving that store! I will NEVER return to that store!

The worst customer service by far! I would go into detail but they did so many things unacceptable i would write an essay! Smh i dont know the pregnant ladys name but she is the only reason they got 1 star! We started with her but farhim or a name like that took over and i could have not been more disgusted in the service we received!! Booooo! You guys suck!!!

Buyers beware check your receipt prior to leaving the store!! I was charged hundreds of dollars worth of accessories, did not realize until I got home. Employee named TANZIM added charges without my knowledge!!

Bad place to go to, they never told me about the return policy. They are there to screw you over. I would not go back or recommend it.
