If I could give it a 0 stars I would. Paid 120 dollars and was 2 minutes over the never forementioned 1 hour exchange period. Brian (the supposed manager) laughed when he seen this and told me im s.o.l. And that i can go dispute it with corporate. He also informed me that corporate are a bunch of assholes (dont see much difference) and id basically be wasting my time. But he was nice enough to let me know where i could pay an additional 30 dollars after the hundreds i already spent to buy a new battery. On a supposedly new phone. I have to buy a battery now. I have kids and bills to pay. Thanks. Brian. And your crap ass store for treating a new customer like crap. Will not be going to this store anymore.

My fiancé and i bought the exact same phones. 1 day apart. While mine is working as it should we noticed hers wont hold a charge for nothing. Called up there and Brian said no problem. Its less than a week old just come exchange it. So my fiancé wasted her time. Gas. And money to go up there and he tells her she cant exchange it because its 2 minutes (yes 2 whole minutes) over the exchange policy. And she paid extra for insurance. Funny he didnt mention any 1 hour limit when she called to complain and he said an exchange would be no problem. So now shes stuck with a lemon phone that wont charge. Thanks. Steer clear of Brian and this shady store.

The guy whos been running this store is a jerk. HE sold me a cheap phone that was discontinued one month after I got it. The Smart ass will be your best friend if he knows hes getting money and over charges you then says hey Ill give you 20% off. I just replaced my phone again its three hours and phones already screwing up bottom of my screen wont detect my finger. JUNK PHONES IN FLATROCK METRO HE HAS GARBAGE PHONES AND GUY SHOULD BE LOOKED AT BY METRO FOR POOR SERVICE.
