Went in because of Verizons we will pay to switch deal. Sales people were very nice. Told us we could switch from Sprint and our bill would be $175 a month for 3 lines with 6 gigs. So I went home and backed up our phones and got all the information needed to make the switch from Sprint to Verizon. As sales person started typing in the information into the computer he said our first bill would be $40 more the first month because of activation fees. This was not mentioned when we went in the first time. Made me a little angry but have come to expect it from cell phone sales people. Then he said that because one of us were already under contract with Verizon we could not get the plan for $175 a month. The price went up to $212 a month. So we left. I might still switch but Im fed up with the inability to get a real price from cell phone sales people.

Tried to force me to buy brand new a phone when I just came in for a programming repair. Yelled at me when I said I didnt show up there to buy a new phone. I left because I dont do business with people who try to take advantage of customers. I took it to the Apple Store and they solved my problem without trying to sell me something I didnt need. I suggest everyone else does the same. Rude employees, bad business.

My wife and I have gone in for various reasons and the team there has always been very helpful, responsive, and able to assist with our phone issues. My last visit was for service assistance only and not to purchase anything. It didnt matter. They are always willing to assist and help out.
