If you are looking for the best customer service in a Verizon Wireless store, or cell phone store period I highly recommend coming here. I have had the best experience with this particular store and will always go back. They are extremely friendly, helpful, easily answer all your questions, and to top it off they sincerely care about you as a customer. They will always figure out what is best for you, along with giving you the best deal they can at the time. My latest experience was perfect. I noticed a deal going on with the Samsung S5s that would fit my parents current budget, so stopped into the store with my parents. I had an S5 so I figured with my dad moving to his first smartphone he could have this and be okay. I myself was thinking of waiting for the Note 5 to come out before I "edged up". Sometimes as customers what we think we want, is not the best for us. Any other store would of tried to up sell us, but not this store. The owner Brent was very patient and explained easily to myself and my parents how we could all get new phones, a better way for my parents to get internet (at the time they had the jetpack) AND in a few months only end up paying roughly $5 more than we currently are paying. What they were able to do for us was the following: Get my dad into the Samsung Galaxy Core Prime (never knew this existed, and was a perfect starter smartphone for my dad, AND less complicated and expensive then the S5 on the Device Payment plan.). My mom and I into Samsung Galaxy S6s. Have my parents move to the Verizon Ellipsis 8 for their mobile hotspot, so they have a basic tablet they can use instead of just a plain old jetpack. They are retired so they will be traveling more so this is perfect. We got the screen covers, phone covers, table covers, etc. also included. Brents business associate Anthony helped us out with the above, and even was able to find us a deal without us asking. Again, if you are a current Verizon Wireless customer or a competitor, I would easily travel 20+ miles to get to this store alone.

I do have some sympathy here because I know meeting quotas can be tough sometimes... My brother wanted to port his line on our shared account over to his wifes account (Sprint). The caveat was that I took his upgrade a few months ago and his phone was almost paid off; I wanted to swap lines with the devices to continue paying off the device I have and have him just pay off the small amount he would owe had I not taken his upgrade. It should have been easy, I talked with customer service a week prior to make sure that was possible. He was finally ready and goes into the store and they tell him to just go to Sprint to take care of that. Not knowing any better, he did and now we owe $400 on the next bill for the remainder on the phone on his line rather than spread out over the next 15 months. My wife goes in today, asks if it can be fixed, they say sorry, too late. I call customer service again, which is what we should have done in the first place, they say its not too late, but they would have to block the port. Not knowing what effect this would have on my sister in laws account with Sprint, I declined the block. Ill eat the cost and have a paid-off phone 15 months early. Granted this could have been avoided by different actions on our part, but in both cases, the person in the store provided faulty information. So my takeaway is dont expect quality service unless the person youre dealing with there can benefit from it. There are stores where this isnt the case; unfortunately this one, the one closest to where I live, is not one of them!

This store has phenomenal customer service; you do not want to go anywhere else. Once you have been to the Ferndale Verizon Location you will be spoiled and wouldn’t consider for one second going to another location. Even though there were several other locations that were closer to where I live, I went to the Ferndale Verizon location after reading their Google Reviews. They had the highest customer satisfaction with only one negative review, which to me meant there was more to that then was posted. I was waited on immediately by Brent and explained I had a bunch of questions about a phone upgrade. He did not rush me, answered all my questions, didn’t attempt to sell me things I didn’t want or need, in fact he helped me lower my monthly bill. There were numerous customers in and out during the time I was there and he would politely excuse himself to greet the customer and let them know that he or his coworker would be with them shortly. Brent also told me to make a list of any questions I had about using my new phone and come see him in a week and he would answer all questions and show me how to accomplish the items I might be in question about. Now that is outstanding customer service! Will be back in April when my husband retires and loses his company phone to get another phone from Brent.

NIGHTMARE! - We were promised $650 per line when turning in our old phones and switching to Verizon from Sprint. We switched on October 25th 2016 and are still calling in every 10 days to argue and plead our case for getting our $650 gift cards. We still have yet to receive any compensation from verizon or 1 consistent monthly bill, 3 LINES IS COSTING ALMOST $300 per month! After a documented chat session promising our $1,950.00, all of our submission IDs, website tracking numbers, fed-ex tracking/shipping info we still have not received any compensation or a guarantee that we will! ALMOST 6 MONTHS LATER AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE $1900 I PAID SPRINT FOR OUR PHONES THAT WE MAILED INTO VERIZON AND FOR THE CONTRACT TERMINATION. TOTSLLY DISGUSTED WITH EVERY REPRESENTATIVE THAT WEVE DEALT WITH THUS FAR. THE BEST PART ABOUT THIS SCAM IS THAT WHEN YOU GO INTO A VERIZON STORE THEY ADVISE YOU THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AND THAT YOU HAVE TO CALL THEIR 800 NUMBER. WHAT A JOKE!! RUN RUN RUN RUN AWAY

Great service. The two gentleman I spoke with (Cezar & Brent) in the store got me connected with customer service to rectify a situation concerning me getting off a currently family plan to get my own line. Brent & Cezar told me the correct lingo to use while dealing with Verizons Customer Service. If it wasnt for Brent & Cezars professionalism and courtesy, Verizon would have lost me as a customer because of the headache the Customer Service Reps/Supervisors gave me. Brent & Cezar guided my conversation throughout the entire process making me sound like a genius to the less than professional/courteous Supervisors and Customer Service Reps. They made me feel like they were on my side for the entire process and Brent & Cezar came through for me. Brent & Cezar were able to get me $30 off my previous bill and set me up with a great promotional plan for myself. I will always go to Ferndales Verizon store from here on out. I suggest all Verizon customers do the same. Ask for Brent and/or Cezar.

Beware...if you want to have a terrible experience, rude service and have no acknowledgement, then this is your place. This fake Verizon store is super ridiculous, customer service is not existent. Went there to get a new iPhone for my mother because hers was acting up and was told that we were unable due to our contract not being able to for 10 more months. I repeatedly told the employees how I wanted to just purchase a phone. The employee told me I would have to add a new line, I was told to get a cheap one off eBay and wait till I have an upgrade available. Left the Store extremely frustrated and Went to apple and got it that same day, it blew my mind. Ferndale get it together!!!!! Terrible service three employees to get nothing accomplished... wait Ill never go back! Save your self a trip! Not a real Verizon store!!!!
