One of the worst Sprint stores Ive ever been in. Consistently bad. They put you in line for everything...whether it is to pick up a phone or report a problem. Then you wait...and wait. While you are waiting you see lots of reps sitting around talking to each other or on their phones obviously having a private conversation. You see others trying to sell new phones to customers. Meanwhile the help desk has one person manning it. Here is a typical experience. Call store to tell them my phone broke. They say they cant order me a replacement without checking it out. Go to store. Wait in line an hour. Finally see tech. He takes phone and disappears for 20 minutes. Finally comes back and tells me he cant fix phone and must order new one. Wait another 10 minutes while he disappears again. Gives me broken phone back and says will have new one in day or two. I ask when I will know and he says they will text me....ON MY BROKEN PHONE! Call back next day to see if phone is in yet. Get disconnected after being on hold for 15 minutes. Try again. They say maybe they will know in afternoon. Call back in afternoon. Get disconnected. Call back again. They say phone didnt make it...maybe tomorrow. Call back next day...etc. Finally get confirmation phone is in. Go to store. Wait one hour. See tech. He goes back to find phone. Comes back 15 minutes later...says cant find it. Disappears again for 15 minutes. See him talking on his phone. See him talking to another store employee. Comes back and says they are looking for it. Disappears again for 15 minutes. Finally arrives with phone. Total time with no phone 2 1/2 days. Total time driving back and forth to store, 1 and 1/2 hours. Total time calling and sitting on hold on phone, 40 minutes. Total time in store awaiting service 3 and 1/2 hours.

Wait time isnt that good but customer service is excellent. Other problem is that they said they would call me in 4-5 business days for my replacement phone when they never called me. I called them after 10 business days to get it. Anyways, I had my phone unable to read my sim card. I brought it in for repair, but they were unable to fix it. They offered replacing the phone for the same one, mine was an HTC One M8. The replacement phone ended up not being able to charge and returned to the store an hour later. When problems like this happens you have to realize that its the manufacturers fault, not sprint. Anyways they ordered me a free upgrade for the inconvenience to the M9 which is $650 before tax so I was pretty satisfied. I got to keep my old charger and earphones and the phone came with new earphones and charger. They are really respectful and polite Ive seen bad reviews about the customer service but it seems like they fixed that problem.

This is by far the worst customer service Ive ever received anywhere. I get better service when I order chicken mcnuggets because they can even remember to give me ketchup to dip them in. I went to this store four times and they have done absolutely nothing to resolve the issues Im having with my phone. I dont know how else to put it, but if you are looking for help or quality service, go somewhere else. Those Sprint commercials about exemplary service and assistance with understanding your phone are a complete contradiction to any of the so called service I received here. I would suggest finding a different store and not wasting your valuable time for someone to provide no assistance whatsoever. They are all about how they can momentarily satisfy you and get you out the door to move on to the next customer. If you do venture here, im sorry, good luck and godspeed.

Waited an hour to be talked down to and barely given the time of day. We were trying to renew our plan and get new phones. The guy we worked with (dave?) was very dismissive. The second we mentioned a phone he jumped to "Ok well get those" without discussing options. I enquired about a discount I should be been getting from work. He told me I had denied giving verification. When I said "odd. I dont recall doing that. I was waiting to hear from sprint" he said "you asked a question and I answered. Dont argued about it with me"...(like, okay...?). Then I was told to wait a month so we didnt have to pay to end the lease (I didnt care). Finally, I asked about transferring data. He said they "dont do that anymore" and that I should "go handle that" and "I guess you arent getting the phones today". He really didnt want our business.

The staff is unorganized. They all sigh and partake in manners that make it very clear they dont want to be there. The staff have very limited knowledge about any of the products. The staff member that was helping me after I waited 1 hour could not figure out how to turn off my phone, or answer any of my questions about said device. I absolutely try to avoid this sprint store because, (1475 W Big Beaver Rd) when going to this one. They know what they are talking about. Service is surprisingly fast, they dont play bs games and are actually happy to help and want to be there. The only downside is they do not do customer support for a phone that is malfunctioned. AVOID this store at all costs, id rather drive 30 mins to another store than sit and wait for them to answer my questions when they are clearly clueless.

I felt so disrespected at this store. Buddy "helped" us. Right off he was telling us he had worked there 10 years and then laughed and made fun of us when we said we did not have a computer or printer. All we wanted was a printed bill history. Soo rude. Told us other stored that say sprint on them arent really sprint and will lie to customers. When other customers walked in who were their friends we were left at the counter so they could hug and chat up their friends. Buddy was using inappropriate language in front of customers like he owned the place. Complete disregard for professional behavior and lack of respect for the customer. I will be doing my best to see that no one I know uses sprint.

About 6 years ago, I went to purchase a replacement phone from this store. They kept trying to push me to buy into one of their buy one get one free deals where youd have to add an additional line - I didnt need an additional line and had pointed this out a few times. I asked the sales rep to confirm if I had to add an additional line to get this deal, but rather than answer my question, he just kept repeating various forms of "do you wanna get this or not?" Not only that, he decides that he needed to call his buddy in the middle of our conversation, whips out his flip phone, and proceeded to chat away... Im so glad this store is still upholding their poor service standards...

I have had a problem with my phone for a few days and was told by another store to go to this corp store. The employees and manager of this store have been the best. They stayed long after hours trying to help me get my phone issues taking care of. They were all very pleasant and nice. Thank you Traysaun and Thekra. Unlike the Verzion store next door where the clerk answered the phone mid sentence with me and kept talking on the phone so I left. My experience was so great that I also called Sprint directly to give this store a High Five.....
