I had walked into the store to maybe upgrade my plan. They kept on trying to sell me some business line that I had absolutely no interest in at all. The kept on pushing the issue and I sternly said no. Only after that did they back off. After talking about the plan, I decided I did not want to upgrade. This did not seem to make them happy and the sales reps tone started to get mean. As if i had wasted her time in not making a sale or something. One of the main reasons i didnt upgrade my phone is because she was feeding me some bullshit about the plan that was being offered "was going tp end the next day. The day I had went was on a Monday so I knew that she was lying about it ending. And after that she brought up the business line thing up again. She started to ask my girlfriend who was next to me to see if her boss wanted to get the business line through them. Really? Talk about money hungry. Really inappropriate to try to sell something to someone who is not even there. So that really irritated me. Then I was also wondering about upgrading my phone which was paid off. I was asking about any promotions that might be coming up. She said there is no incentive to wait because I didnt have the right plan yada yada yada. Lying again. She tried pushing once again and I just said no thank you not interested and walked out. Being fake nice to customers right when they walk in and pushing right when they walk in always pisses me off. I still love T-mobile but this store was horrible.

This location is terrible. Dont go here unless you have to! Or ONLY if you know EXACTLY what youre looking for, or need. Otherwise they will try to take advantage of you. For example, I went in on a Friday evening asked for a S6, 32g, on my jump plan so I could walk out with a new phone and no money down. Salesman goes in back, walks out 2 minutes later and says he only has it in 64g, which he says is way better, (its not) and only costs an extra $100 down, and same payments. I declined. That evening, I did some research and just decided to go with S7 which was only $7 more a month, with no money down. I went back the next day, early afternoon, and just asked a different Salesman for the original S6, and he walked in back room, walked out 30 seconds later with an S6, 32g! I asked if there had been any deliveries in the past 15 hours or so since I was last there Friday evening. He said definitely not. I then told him about previous evening and that I was getting mad and upset about their services (a LOT of other things, not mentioned here, also happening) he started talking in circles, trying to cover his associates, but just made things worse. Also trying to sell me a case and screen protector for $80, that you can get on amazon for $23! AVOID this location if you can.

It took the associates 10 minutes to acknowledge my presence in the store, and another 20 before I was "helped." They looked at my T-Mobile phone, plugged it in, couldnt get it to turn on, and told me to go to another location...that was closed. They immediately moved onto the next customer, and gave them an entirely different tone and attitude because they would be making a sale. Money hungry salespeople who cant give support for the products theyre selling. Would never return to this location again, and only went because it was an emergency.

I will never visit this location again. Go to the new location in Woodhaven. Buddie said the phone I wanted was out of stock, but then went and talked to Frida, and came back with a phone saying that it was on hold for someone else but if I bought accessories he would sell it to me. This location also put an insurance claim on my.hone without even letting me know. Birdie claimed there was nothing he could do about it, but then after I complained, Frida came.over and called their support Line to fix it.

Every time I come to this store, they lie about everything - today was the "Binge Program" on our phones - the guy in the store said "No Problem"......... "just call customer service & they will add it on all four of your lines for free - we totally have ypu covered dude" - called customer service and gee guess what ??????? Yeah, you have to up your plans to 3g so your already outrageous bill is going to go up !!!!

Honestly, do yourself a favor and just go to another location. T-Mobile is as okay as a MSP can be, but this location does it little justice. Everything here just... sucks. They put you on hold until you hangup, never have phones in stock, make you wait forever, force you to jump through hoops to get anything done, its a mess. They need to fire the entire staff and start over.

I was told when buying a new phone, that it "came with" 3 accessories...only to see them on my bill. I called T-mobile, and they said they have nothing to do with the retail stores! If you have T-mobile, do yourself a favor and avoid this store and idiot staff. So, my question is, which is better: Verizon, Sprint, or AT&T? Im switching!

Ash was great. We went on mothers day to get new phones and start a plan. He made sure we were welcomed even though they were busy. He was helpful and friendly. When my broken phone wouldnt transfer my old pictures (tried 2 methods). He offered to hold it and have me come in the next day since i was in a hurry!

Every time I go to pay my bill I end up waiting for at least 30 minutes. Today stood there for 25 minuets just for them to help 2 separate people who came In after me. I walked out and cancelled my service.
