I dont even think they deserve one star, my daughter didnt even have her phone for a month it broke. She brings it back into metro pcs they tell her a week to ten days. She has no phone and when I call to check on the status they are rude, and hang up on you. Do your JOBS, dont expect your customer to do it for you. In this case you get what you pay for, the fees are low but the service is the worst!!!! I dont recommend you go there!!! We have dealt with this location and the one on Eakin Rd both are horrible!!!!

I have poor service at other retailers and i have to say this is the best metropcs in the area.they did not try to pressure me into buying add ons and phone cases the manager of the store Devin is professional and makes you feel like your business is appreciated i will definetly get my next phone from them and recommend to my family and friends.

Worst customer service ever!! The Manager told the sales clerk she would be fired if i was given their contact information.Filed a complaint with Metro PCS and the BBB
