Ben at Benchtech exceeded expectations with the service he provided us recently. The hard drive on one of our laptops failed and Ben was able to immediately take a look at it and give me a quick diagnosis. His analysis of the problem was clear and well explained. It also anticipated the conclusion to his effort to recover data (no luck, but unsurprising given the hardware problem). This was a four year old Dell Vostro. I took the recovery disks with the OS and drivers, plus the MS Office 2010 disk. Where Benchtech exceeded expectations was that after installing the new hard drive, Benchtech not only reinstalled the base OS and drivers, they also downloaded and installed updates. When I returned the laptop to its owner, I explained that she might need to reenter the product key on Office the first time she used it. To my surprise and delight, Office was not only reinstalled, but registered! Thanks Benchtech. Weve added you to our list as a prime resource for future computer repair. How many times to you get your computer repaired (when your tech savvy buddy cant fix it) If your like me, you start looking around. Cost, distance and dependability, well thats what you hope you find. Benchtech, cool name, no shop, just a guy and his business. Took a chance, brought over my desktop, I tried for weeks, friends tried for days, he took it, worked on it, and when he didnt think he could find the problem, offered to return it to me "no charge" He did recommend a new part. I had him get the part and install it, computer is running great. Cost was reasonable, and he followed up with me to make sure I was happy. I brought him my laptop, he fixed that too. When I find myself unsure, I look to resent reviews, of course you dont know me, but for what its worth, if and when I have a computer problem, I wont hesitate to take it back to him.

After cleaning up and deleting junk junk on my laptop Iended up with no video no sound. I fooled with things I new nothing about. I walked into computers plus at just the right time. Although he was sick with the flu and trying to to take a short break he started working on my machine. Thirty minutes and thirty dollars (gave me military discount, also gives senior discount) later I was walking out, laptop in tow with a smile on my face! Really nice local guy, treated me great. It is only a matter of time til all of us will need some kind of electronis repaired, he repairs all kinds of electronis equipment. I would highly recomend computer Plus to anyone.

Debbie - 7/6/11 great place. AWESOME customer service. Ben takes the time to explain things in regards to the computer. I was ready to just go buy a new one and took care of me where my computer is working awesome and I did not spend a fortune. He has also answered any questions I may have and I have nothing but great respect for Ben, his business and I believe he will go far. When I am ready for a new computer I will definitely have Ben build it for me. More businesses to need to have people like Ben who truly give each customer the time they deserve as a consumer. I appreciate that when I am going to purchase something.

I brought in my sons old, slow desktop to be wiped out and restored to manufacturers settings. BenchTech was able to do this for me with same day service and for the cheapest price around. Ben also added virus protection for me at no additional charge. In my opinion, the computer works better now than it did when it was brand new. I also use my laptop on a daily basis and when it breaks (I think I have 2 with viruses and 1 that wont turn on) I usually just go out and buy a new one. I now have 3 laptops that I will be bringing to BenchTech to be repaired....I have a feeling I wont have to buy a new laptop for a long time...lol

Dad has old computer running Windows 95 and he couldnt get it to boot. Ben hooked up his test equipment and within a few minutes found and fixed the problem. He had the needed part, an internal connection cable in stock. Another time he found the hard drive defective and also had part in stock. Much faster read and write speeds on the HD he installed. Dad is a very happy camper. Both times Ben diagnosed and repaired the computer while we were there, which was less than 1/2 hour. Great Technician. Highly recommend Benchtech and will definitely contact them again when needed.

MY laptop DIED I was so upset that I cried when it stoped working. It sat in my closet for over a year because everyone told me dont bother even trying to get it fixed. I took it Benjamin Sturm he was able to fix it I think that was a miracle in its self. Very fair , great and honest computer repair service. he also sells computers cheap. So if you have a computer that needs any repair go to benchtech and you wont regret it. Ben and his wife are good people you will not get over priced and the very best customer service.thanks Ben for fixing the computer

I had a Laptop that I have been having issues with for over a year now, I took same laptop to both the local Computer Repair shops around (Ninja Computer Repair) only to have been charged a huge fee for them just to look at it and there fix only lasted a few months. Before I sold it I gave Benchtech a shot and WOW! They were very professional and told me they never have or will charge anyone to just look or diagnose a computer. They fixed my laptop in a day and it cost me very little. Thank you!

When I had a problem with my laptop, a friend suggested Benchtech. The owner diagnosed my problem immediately, gave me several options, and charged me at least $60.00 less than geek Squad was going to charge me. When I went back later for another problem, Ben went out of his way to help me. Repair time was minimal as well. I can honestly say I have never had friendlier service. I am very impressed and will recommend Benchtech to anyone who wants good service at a very fair price.

Just got a laptop from Ben today. He gave me a honest comparison to other laptops on the market. Gave me a great price. Very easy to talk to, didnt try to confuse me with technical jargon. I will be taking my desktop to Bench-Tech in the next few days for repairs and upgrades. Ive been hesatent to bring it to anyone out of fear that id be hit with some rediculus price. I am VERY happy with my experience here and will continue to go here for all of my future needs.

Bench Tech is an under rated company in my opinion. 5 stars arent enough to rate the professionalism, prompt service and knowledge involved with the overall experience. Very impressed and through my experience my co- workers will be contacting Mr.Sturm with further work on business type machines for updates and maintenance issues! We will be recommending this company to all!
