Young, arrogant, unreliable staff. I had 10 days to get a qwerty phone and they failed me. I believe the girl forgot to order the phone, when I went there on the day of supposed arrival another lad waited on me. He said the phone would be in tomorrow. I politely said, can you please double check, because its important. He started typing and said, oh yeah, itll be in tomorrow. I said, thanks, I just need it by Saturday. he said, we open at 7:45 tomorrow (Thurs.). I realized later he hadnt checked anything and he was just being a jerk. Why the heck would they have the phone at 7:45 am when they didnt have it at 6pm? Midnight UPS delivery??? Needless to say, the phones never came before the 10 day deadline. 2 weeks later they still hadnt called. I was able to order unlocked phones on Amazon and I couldnt be happier with them. BETTER PHONES AND NO DREADED 2-YEAR contract. I gladly paid the few bucks for the SIM cards from this store and they didnt hide their dislike for having to do it! Oh and look at the 2 previous reviews for this joint... If those arent written by the owner or someone who stands to gain something then I dont know what is... I suppose if you want the high ticket items theyll help you, but if youre looking for service then you better help yourself!

Great Experience with Lindsey! I grew up in Wyandotte so Ive been going to this location on and off for years. When I had phone troubles the night before Thanksgiving, I figured Id visit my usual store while I was down visiting family on Friday rather than try out a location on the east side where I currently live. Im SO happy I did. I generally feel like sales people are pushy and condescending so what a pleasant surprise to deal with Lindsey at this location. She knew what she was talking about but allowed me to give my opinion and make choices for myself without trying to force anything down my throat. She got us a great deal on some Black Friday surprises, improved my data plan, got me a new phone and all very quickly and happily. Id buy phones from her for the rest of my life if I could (though I assume shell eventually move on to bigger things). Thanks for wonderful service!

Reps are super friendly and knowelgeble if you need to buy a new phone see these guys PLUS they know everything about UVERSE so if you need to sign up they have the BEST deals out of any ATT store i shopped around at a few ATT stores and they out beat any of the other u- verse offers and promos ... they gave me a great deal per month and even got me cash back just for signing up!!! and also bought me out of my verizon contract when i had just signed up with them a few months before going into this ATT store .... BY FAR THE BEST ATT STORE IVE EVER BEEN TOO! !!

I walked into the store and noticed there were two employees helping different people. I understand that they were busy helping people, but I probably stood there for about 10 minutes and wasnt even acknowledged. Not even a "well be with you shortly", not even a "hello". One of the employees, (seemed to be the manager), looked right at me walking by and just ignored me. I left because of the overall vibe. the staff seemed very unprofessional. -Natasha

Deena helped me and my wife get new phones after Sprint was very unhelpful with us. She made the process super simple and helped us get all the discounts we might have been eligible for. They even stayed open a littler later than their closing time to help us out since we stopped by later in the evening. Id recommend this place over anywhere downriver.

Wow i came into the store for a new phone and i got the best deal with them. They beat all the prices at the other local att stores in the area. also they showed me a there uverse product and signed me up with that and gave me a really good price. all the reps were really nice and were very knowledgeable. I cant see myself going to another store.

I come from up north oscoda and Alpena branch...could not get questions answered...could not get help properly. As thou they were uneducated....this branch I have been dealing with for a few years...I was more then impressed from the first visit...to every one after.....wonderful staff at this branch!
