I had good experiences at this store up until the last one. Attempted to return a phone after 3 days which was well within their 7 day return policy. The rep Michael refused to accept my return and said he could only accept a return if the phone was defective and then he would not be able to refund my money but could give me store credit. Everything he said was contrary to the 7 day return policy printed on the receipt. The cricket customer care reps also confirmed he was wrong. He said he was just an employee so obviously his boss developed this policy or he was just trying to protect that chargeback on his commission since he sold me the phone. Nowhere in the 7 day policy does it say something has to be wrong with your phone to return it. Michael also mentioned to me when I bought the phone that I had 7 days to return it if I didnt like it. I told him I liked the phone because I had purchased one before but broke it so I wouldnt be returning it. The only reason I wanted to return it is because I came up on the upgraded version of the phone and purchased that. I was going to keep my service but when my phone comes I will just go with Metro.

Dont go here, they sold me a broke phone. Snd when i tried to return it they told me i couldnt because it was 8 days old. I even called the 7th day to let thdm know what was going on and i would be early the nect day because they closed before i got off work. They said ok, but couldnt recall anything when i showed up that morning.
