This store was horrible. He didnt even know he had to put in a new Sim card to put in the unlock code for my phone. He had to call someone who had no clue either. Then this genius wanted to charge me 25 dollars for the Sim card plus an activation fee totaling in 100 dollars. Further more he pulls out a plastic container full of paper clips rubber bands pens and pencils and nail clippers at the bottom a bunch of sim cards whats protecting the sim cards from damage? Needless to say I got the hell out of there and went a metro pcs dealer that knew what the hell he was doing and didnt charge me 100 dollars. If you dont know a whole lot about cell phones and how they work perhaps you have no business running a cell phone store.

Not the worst MetroPCS store ive been to but still pretty bad. Not very knowledgeable of activation procedures, at one point she actually asked me how to do it. Charged me $20 for SIM instead of $10 but at least didnt try to throw on an activation fee.
