Never had a problem until this ignorant female started working there. Screwed up my payment last month and was without my phone on the job. Which normally isnt a huge issue for most people, but since I am a delivery driver I need to be able to contact my customers when I arrive at businesses. Now today we go to pay a bill and all she wanted to do was pal around with her buddy, while we were trying to pay! As far as I was aware your customers come first. Also had such a ride attitude cause we were interrupting her conversation. So even though I live right down the street I will be finding a new location to pay my phone bill at. Shes so bad I would rather spend the gas to go further out than go there ever again. And Im pregnant! I hate driving around, but Ill do it to avoid such horrible service.

They dont know how to take care other customers when they are busy with only one customer. I wait 20 min and after that the guy tell me Im busy with this current customer so can you go other location to pay your phone bill. So poor customer service. Not even know how to welcome a customer.

Customer associate did not show any interest in me. She was doing something on the computer and only giving me the attention needed to get through the conversation. Very disappointed she could stop just for a moment to talk to her customer.

Paid my bill then 3 days later shut it off. This place sucks manager cant help cuz head quarters in china and they cant understand eachother. Time to get out of cricket!!! I want a full refund.

Very friendly staff. They got me all set up with my first iPhone!! Cant believe it! I was able to get financing without any credit checks. I wish I would have know about Cricket years ago!
