Dont go here. Bought this on Groupon thinking to save some $ but instead they broke phone. Dropped off a functioning iphone with just a cracked screen and left with a non functioning phone that they broke. Would not trust them to fix again and keep after 2 attempts and still didnt fix it but made it worse. Not skilled in this profession. Thought i would give them a try. Bad vibe from moment walked in. Waste of my time and broke the phone, not functioning. They lie and give u a bs story when they broke your phone. This place is terrible service ever experienced in my life. I ended up having to replace my phone because they damaged the internal parts so bad just from trying to replace a cracked screen that was working great. Pay the extra money and take to a reliable cell phone place. This place was a joke,worst experience ever.

i took my phone to them in may and they supposedly fixed the phone and they where going to ship it back to t mobile for me. but somehow a two months later i look at my phone bill and seen 1,000 on there which was for the phone they was suppose to return come to find out they never returned the phone they basically stole my phone an tired to give me another iPhone 6+ that didnt work and they wanted to change the serial number, but little did he know the serial number is also inside the phone which you cant change. so now im in depth 1,000 im a teen with a normal teen job who was looking to get my screen fixed but somehow got robed i highly recommend you never go to them, this is the worst thing that has happen to me..........thanks a lot and yall dont even deserve a one star, less than that

I was a skeptical. They had so many appointments, I could only schedule mine later than I originally planned. My appointment was the day after substantial snow storm. I had hard time finding this place and there is only street parking and very limited. However, I realized how much I appreciated them making the appointment instead of me having to go there and wait. The guys could not have been more courteous! I do not encounter such manners and goodwill these days often. Basically, cannot say enough about this place! The place itself if pretty bare, but there is no need for flashy displays. The do excellent job, at excellent prices and with an amazing attitude. I could not have had better service! I walked out of that place beaming.

I took my S5 for repair, said they could fix it, wasnt ready on the day promised, went to pick it up a couple days later, still had to wait while they put it back together. They couldnt fix the issue, put in new charge port or so they said, and that I needed to get a new phone immediately. Took it to Verizon they fixed in 24 hours. Although I paid twice for the repair at least I didnt need a new phone. I would not go here or recommend this service to anyone. Verizon replaced the charging port they said they replaced. Dont go here, I dont think they tell the truth.

Went in for Samsung S6 repair. They said they had the parts and could do it in a couple hours. I made the hour drive to have it done same day. But then they told me they would have to order the part. I get it back and the phone screen doesnt seat right on the phone. They tell me they will order a new bezel and it should be in tomorrow. Two weeks later the part arrives. Screen still doesnt fit right. They told me that its a repaired phone and it will never be as good as a new phone. A bunch of B.S. I will never use them again!

I went here. They are literally the worst. Im glad I decided otherwise. Incredibly unprofessional kids working and taking apart cell phones in the front of the store. I would give the 0 stars if I could. Joseph was especially rude. If you care about your phone at all, I suggest you reconsider and go to the literally hundreds of cell phone repair stores in metro detroit

They were completely knowledgeable, competent and friendly. Fixed my shattered iPhone 6s screen within the same day and replaced my non-functioning home button as well. Gave me a great deal and that they didnt try to sell me on any extras. I would definitely go back and refer friends.

I bought a groupon for this place and I got in quick with an appointment. Everyone that I talked to was friendly and helpful. Got my phone fixed within an hour and a half. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great! I went there today to fix my iphone 5cs glass. I was skeptical and in a rush to catch a flight. Luckily they saved me more time than they said. 45 minutes he said, and he was wrong, it only took 15! Amazing! Not going anywhere else for that type of stuff.

Went to this new lil shop on Mound cause I seen the grand opening sign outside. Not the best looking place, but they were fast, professional, and reasonable. Did a great job. Saved me $50 on getting my 7 fixed than going to the Apple Store.
