I cannot say enough good things about Melissa Hartle. IMHO, she is a shining example of what a Sales Rep. should be in any industry. After dealing with several AT&T Reps over the last few weeks regarding a new phone/service, I would recommend that whomever is in charge of training Customer/Sales Reps at AT&T go to this location immediately and study how the job is suppose to be done. Then, pay her an exorbitant amount of money to train everyone in that company on what it takes to create a raving fan. Outstanding! 5 Stars for Melissa!

Utterly useless unless you bought the phone directly from them. Even then, they cant help with anything at all, except for selling you accessories. Unless you want to buy a phone (and probably get a worse deal than at a corporate store) - just drive down to polaris.
