Do not go here they sell fake accessories , I came in and a guy was ranting about his broken phone i thought he was just being a jerk so i shrugged it off, i shouldve know it meant they had horrible service. I paid 30 bucks for fake apple headphones that they swore were real, i knew as soon as i opened them , they wouldnt even exchange the busted up ones i got for another WHILE is was in the store. they lied and stole my money total scam artists with cheap products, they are not selling real products or getting the messed up ones for half price and selling at full to turn a profit.

DO NOT BUY ANY ACCESSORIES FROM THIS LOCATION! Their equipment is faulty! I recently bought a black LG Tone Pro Bluetooth headset from them in June 2017. When I called and asked the sales associate if she could help me with how I can go about replacing them she nonchalantly said "You would have to contact the LG company." What!? Really!? Why should I have to go through the manufacturer when I just bought the headset from you guys 2 MONTHS AGO!!! THIS LOCATION WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN!!!

I had a really complicated situation with my mobile phone that was such a headache. I went into this location 20 minutes before closing time, Chris helped me resolve my issue so patiently staying on the phone with insurance and the mobile powers that be for an hour after close. You dont find customer service like this anymore. If youre ever in the area in need of ANYTHING mobile/cellular this location is where you need to be, if they cant fix it no one can.

They truly do lie about accessories. I went in to buy a fast-charging Type-C car charger for my S8, and the lady there swore it was fast-charging (I emphasized that to her because I very specifically wanted fast charging). Sure enough, it was not a fast charger, and they do not offer refunds on phone accessories (only exchanges for the same product). Lexie is the employee who sold me the charger.
