My experience at this store was horrible. I went in to get my tablet looked at, for it was not working correctly. At first the girl who waited on me Nelsya seamed nice enough and told me my tablet was outdated and could not be fixed. She then arranged to sell me a new one, I was a bit uncomfortable with this at first because Nelseya became very pushy about the situation. Upon setting up the tablet I needed to call my son to answers some questions in which he told me to wait on this purchase until he could come and assist me with it. I then told Nelsya I would like to cancel my order. She replied very rudely well thank you for wasting an 1hr of my time and that I would have to be charged a restocking fee of $35.00. I was very discouraged about this since I never left the store and never took possession of this tablet. I paid my bill and left the store. I contacted Verizon directly about this in which they were very understanding and confirmed this is not store policy. They told me a manager would call me back to discuss the situation. Well finally afte 3 phone calls and 1 month time period I was able to get ahold of a manager. The manager continued to tell me well Nelseya must of been having a bad day and had no concern for my experience with her and never apologized and refused to refund my money then had the he had the never to cut off our conversation stating he did not have time to talk with me and would call me back when convenient for him. I was total upset, so I did call Verizon again and they refunded my money and apologize for the lack of professionalism of this store.They were bolth written up from Verizon for such poor customer service. Come to find out there was nothing wrong with my old tablet what a scam. All this store cares about is there sales numbers. Save yourself some time and headache avoid this store and go to another Verizon store like Partridge Creek you will be happy you did.

Ive been a VZW customer for 5+ years and Ive always done my business at this location. All the salespeople who used to be great are gone and now every time i go in I feel like Im talking to a used car salesman. Recently Verizon changed their return policy to 14 days and you can only do this once per line. The salesperson did not tell me this and now i am looking to return my 2nd phone and just wait for the note 6 but they told me i could not do so. I then called customer service and they told me i could with ease at the store. I then called the store and talked to the manager who talked to the regional ops manager who said i could not do it. I then called customer service and they are now looking into it. It has been a nightmare and I am most certainly switching to T-Mobile. TL;DR not as good as service as it once was. Save yourself and switch to T-Mobile. The sales people dont help your needs, they help their needs with whatever promotion and spiffs the company is giving them.

Slow. Slow. Slow. These associates Wasted mine and their own time for over 3hrs going over endless mumbo jumbo to find out in the end the deal wouldnt work. Youd think checking into meeting certain VERIZON criteria would be the very first thing a sales associate would do, but NO. This store decides to waste everyones time and check into this at the very end. Not to mention two other folks stormed out of the store while I was there because of the same situations. Makin me #3 furious potential customer. PARK AVE STORE IS A WASTE OF TIME. The End.

Went in early afternoon on a Saturday and there were only a couple customers there. A group of employees were standing around talking. Barely greeted by one of said employees who showed me to the table of new phones before quickly rejoining fellow employees to continue talking amongst themselves. Checked out a couple phones for a bit, then looked around a bit before leaving. I was never again approached by anyone post-entry. If this is at all representative of Verizons customer service standards Ill be sticking with AT&T.

Would give this a store a zero of I could. Went in there and they told us that warranty looks internally at phones when there is no physical damage. Call verizon on the phone and they said that is not true. The person at the store was rude and was getting very snotty with me. We went in the day before for the same issue and the girl had no clue about anything. Time to train the employees at this store. I have been a customer since I owned a cell phone and I am actually considering changing carriers.

Amazing customer service! I got my new iPhone 7 last Friday, and was helped by Jenny during that process -- she was great. After a few days, I realized my phones battery had a problem, so I went back and was greeted by Desma and helped by Corey -- both were really nice and helpful. Corey switched out my phone for a new one and answered all my questions about my plan and billing -- Im one satisfied customer! Im new to Verizon and am liking it a lot so far! Thanks, guys!

Wow! The service here is on another level. I brought my phone over from Europe and the it did not work immediately. The store manager, Habib said that they were not going to quit. Then a genius named Jeremy pulled some MacGyver / CIA / Black-ops stuff and had it working in no time. Take that Putin! I came in thinking there was no chance and they immediately let me know that I was dealing with some real experts. Thank you!! You made my day.

Absolutely the worst Verizon Store in the area. They are liars and con artists who only care about making money. Instead of following the notes on my account and upgrading my phone. They made me pay for the entire phone even though it was not necessary. They violated their terms of service by doing this. I will never step into this store again.

I forgot my card when I was there to buy a phone so i left to go grab it and the customer service rep there ended up calling me and telling me the device I was going to buy was the last in stock and it was defective. She then told me which stores I could find the device. Very friendly and went out of her way to save me time and hassle

paid on time for 11 years,never late...one check lost in mail about a month ago & was treated like a total deadbeat..phone completely died & had to buy out of contract to get a new phone..I paid to cancel..best money I ever spent..I give it 5 years if thats how u treat a 11 year customer.....to big to care suck it verizon

Visited the store today to exchange two brand new phones that were shipped to my home, but were the wrong model. Was assisted by Marie and Justin, and they were very personable and extremely helpful in resolving the problem. First time Ive ever felt compelled to rate anything online: the service was THAT good.

This is usually a good store. I dont often have problems waiting long. Im not too happy about them not doing troubleshooting in the store anymore, however that was due to customers not wanting to wait while other customers were being helped. It isnt Verizons fault that some customers take longer than others.
