Sam raz is the owner and mayhem is his wife. I am a previous employee. I would never shop with them and am taking my four lines to another company. The store is poorly run, the owner undermines the manager (I was the manager, it was a struggle to even get stocked with phones). They will sell used phones without telling you they are used. They sell the demo phones even when there are known issues with the phone, and they will tell you it is a brand new phone. The owner did a raffle for the grand opening in October 2015 to give away a free phone. Not only was the phone a discontinued model, but he wouldnt let me give it to a winner. I was required to sell it. The cases are marked up about 4-6 times more than their cost, and now that I no longer work there, they are selling accessories that are knockoffs of the brand name models but telling the customer they are the real thing. They are charging full price for these accessories as well. The current manager (Rich) is the only one I would trust in there. There is so much more I wish I could say. Basically, if you insist on having or getting Cricket Wireless, go to the Birchwood Mall location or find one in the city. Otherwise, stick with AT&T or Verizon.

When coming from a different country you are always worried about cell service and how to get into contact with your friends and family. But luckily, with the help of Cricket wireless, I am able to stay connected to everyone with no problems at all! Cricket is user friendly and if any problems do arise, they have excellent customer care services to help you out. Very happy with them and will be staying with Cricket

I have had to come in a few times due to a defective phone (that was still under warranty) Rich, the manager, has been amazing! He even let me come in 10 min before the store opened because he was already there one day. He and John were both extremely helpful & got me back up and running. I wish cricket customer service on the phone was as helpfu as this store! Thanks guys!

i will not give this store not even a star i been here twice this week and both times they were closed i have to drive 10 miles to here and when there post to be open during business hours they are not i will never go threw cricket now i just went to metro pcs and at least they were open during store hours so thanks for losing a customers

We switched from att and came to cricket and Nick set us up with these awesome lg phones that are normally $150 for $49! Nick was a fantastic guy! We will send all our friends this way, especially for the $25 referall credit !
