I stopped there once and found the service terrific, they were about to close and helped me re-activate my older phone because the smart phone I had bought used was on its way out. This location is a Verizon Verizon store, it isnt a distributor representing Verizon..it is small but they know what they are doing and are kind as well as efficient. Im going back tomorrow to get my new smart phone.

I had a very frustrating experience with Verizon over the phone. I went to this store to return a phone and was going to switch carriers. I had the good fortune of having Courtney help me. She was extremely personable and knowledgeable. Her professionalism and great attitude calmed me down. I purchased a new phone and service. Courtney is the best.

Mike was amazing. He helped us setup a business discount and upgraded all of our devices without any of the hype or salesman bias. The african american girl there was terrible and her attitude was atrocious.
