I visited this t-mobile location to cancel a plan. As I walked in, there was only one other customer, so employees immediately greeted me and began to help solve the issue. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and 100% willing to help me out. They spent a significant amount of time dealing with me and were happy to do so. The manager informed me that I had actually signed this deal with a third party company who apparently sells t-mobile service. She explained that similar issues with the third party company have been going on for quite some time now, but unfortunately the t-mobile branch could not solve my issue. She gave me the customer service number for the third party company and apologized for not being able to do more. Overall, the mistake was not on them and I felt that the staff put forth a real effort to help me anyway, so I was super appreciative and now will consider going through them in the future.

I was first time t-mobile customer and another t-mobile location send me to this location to change my two phones lg G5 with lg stylo 2 plus because they had it that time only,and i paid the fee and they exchange the phones to me and after while i discovered that i still paying for one of the lg G5 because the employee forgot to put it in the system and i went back and asked them to take the phone from my account and i contact there manager (Chelsea) and she promised me that she will find a soulution for my case but she didnt do nothing and ignored me completely and its been 4 months with no soulution ....!!!!!!!

The salesperson was probably baked, they were very busy, and he rushed through the process for setting up a new phone and adding a line. Screwed us because he did not even ask if we wanted insurance and didnt add it...on a $500 phone. We were out $500 when the phone was dropped in water. Only then did we find out there wasnt insurance. If he had taken 2 seconds to ASK we wouldnt be screwed. Had to go to another T Mobile to get real help. Train your staff correctly on the obviously important questions to ask.

I had an issue with my phone over the holiday and the store manager helped me transfer all of my photos, contacts, and apps to a new phone so I would not have to wait till middle of the next week for a new one to ship in. She was a great help and saved the weekend! Best customer service ever!

Went to purchase a phone on 07/28/2017 and experience was great. Customer service was great and staff were professional and the wait time was minimal. Transaction time was quick. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

Worst store ever. Their store supervisor/manager is typical greasy sales guy who wants to upsell everything. Painfully slow. Called t-mobile and got everything done in 20 mins. Stay away from this store.
