I had a great experience at this Go Wireless store. I worked mostly with Katelyn! She was extremely patient and accommodating. I shattered the screen on my IPhone 6 and I wanted to make an informed decision on what to do about it. She walked me through every possible outcome, even though Id told her I brought no money with me to make sure I didnt make an impulsive decision. Some sales people wouldve considered it wasting their time knowing I wasnt going to make any moves that exact day. I made sure I took her name knowing Id come back and want her to get the credit for my sale. She made me feel comfortable with my decision to move to an iPhone 7. While I was working with her I held a conversation with her coworkers Jakob and a dark haired girl whos name I didnt get. (Monika? Maybe.) They listened to me babble through my indecision and we bonded over working in the costumer service industry. When I came back more then a week later I worked with Steve, who even though he knew I wanted Katelyn to get credit for the sale was very patient and helpful! He even tried to help get my photos off my shattered phone, even though the screen was almost all black. He took my phone and told me he would try his hardest to get my photos accessible so that I could transfer them to my new one. While he helped me, I watched all the sales associates work with costumers. Kyle helped a woman get into a new phone and continued to work on the case while the woman went to Kroger really quickly. They all seemed so nice and sincere. I will definitely come back here for all my cellular needs in the future! I highly recommend any of the associates. Coming from someone who works in the customer service business I understand how stressful it can be. And I know from experience that people panic when their phone breaks, so I know these workers couldve acted run down and over it. Instead, they treated me like I was important and they understood my struggle with a broken phone and decision making! Thank you guys! This was the best experience Ive had at a cell phone store!

Honestly, I read reviews but hardly ever leave one. I had a wonderful experience today getting my son and myself new phones at the Imlay City store that I felt it necessary to do so. We were welcomed by friendly and knowledgeable people here. I would especially like to give the young lady, Katelyn, who took care of us a special shout out. You were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have never had such a positive experience with Verizon in my life. I definitely will bring my future business to this location and their amazing staff. I confidently would recommended this location to anyone also. Thank you for making my experience a good one!

Monica has been our go-to person for a couple of years, but everyone here is knowledgeable and courteous, and not condescending. Every question we have had--and weve had a mess of them--Monica has resolved professionally and with a warm smile. These people are not only willing and able to help customers, but they also jump in to help one another behind the desk...a most pleasant change these days. Hardly expected at a cell phone store, but its a pleasure working with these folks. Highly recommended!

I was at the Imlay City Verizon store tonight. Both Katelyn and Jakob were very friendly! Katelyn greeted me as soon as I walked in. I told her what I was interested in, she let me know everything that was available for me and what she thought of the products. Katelyn set me up with the iPhone 7 put my case, screen protector on, and transferred everything. They let me stay for my apps to download. Thank you both for being so helpful and kind!

I absolutely loved reading the reviews! So many people refer to the team on a first name basis which means they have continued to go above and beyond normal customer service! This store is NOT like any other store that Ive been in! They communicate with each other to create the BEST possible outcome for the customer and that kind of service is invaluable! Way to go guys! Katelyn R. was tremendously helpful when updating our phones. As we all know phone contracts can be frustrating with hidden fees and unwanted contracts but Katelyn went through everything very thoroughly so there would be no surprises. On top of that she was patient and kind. I would highly recommend working with Katelyn for any Verizon needs, she is very knowledgable.

We went to the Imlay City Verizon store to take advantage of the Black Friday sales. In addition to the sales and freebies, Monica got us both upgraded to new phones.
