This is the most professional, customer service oriented jewelry store Ive found. My sister and I went in to order a really secure necklace to carry a memento of our Mom who had recently passed away. They called first to tell us it was taking longer to get the items than they thought. The owner called when they got the necklace and clasp and told me he wasnt happy with either of them. He said he didnt think we would be happy with it so he was ordering new ones. They came in and we loved them. The quality is worth every penny, their attention to detail and communication was so refreshing. We ended up both getting more work done there. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone.
