Owner very rude. I walked to sell an item and after he offered an amount I told him I would come back, he then got upset and told me I pass you can go! I dont seem to understand how a business owner can act that way. Why get upset if someone wants to think about before selling their item. Its a competitive business and customer has more than the right to shop around. Doesnt give the right to treat customers rude if they dont want to take offer. I would never referred anyone to this place. I clearly should have looked at his ratings on google since people have similar experience.

Walked into this place to buy a watch and 500 grams of gold. The owner was rude and never looked me in the eye. Probably was the worst experience ive had shopping in a long time. They lost a deal from a person that buys all the time. I heard them talking derogatory about another customer that just left before me. NO ETHICS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Received my watch today. Jared was extremely pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions, and was prompt in corresponding with me. I felt he was honest and trustworthy, which is extremely important given the price point. The watch is more beautiful than I expected, I was definitely pleased! I would highly recommend this company.

This place is great. Theyre all so friendly and very helpful. Ive been to tons of different Gold & Silver exchanges and this place is probably my favorite because they have a variety of different stuff. In my experience, they are much better a company than Dallas Gold and Silver Exchange.
